I would highly recommend GloverPriest solicitors. I used them for conveyance for the purchase of my flat and they were fantastic. They were very efficient, supportive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

I can only speak as I found my
Process. I took the decision to use this firm on a Recommendation, however I couldn’t say I would recommend them further. There’s no doubt that from a legal perspective the job will get done , but the whole process was more of an ordeal. There are many reasons I could list , but I will simply say this , will they get the job done .. yes.. would I use them again , No. be safe to say that the excitement of a new home was tainted by this service , but that is only my experience and as I say , in the end the job got done .. at the point of my patience evaporating . Do your research before you instruct.

Everything was done well and we were kept informed throughout throughout process of buying our house.

The process started smoothly but once it came to the searches and legal stuff, we were disappointed with the lack of communication and efficiency. Bethany and Paige were as helpful as they could be but it was rare that we were provided with any form of meaningful updates and we found huge problems around communication. This caused us undue stress and almost lead to the seller withdrawing for the process. We were first time buyers with no chain and the sellers solicitors were very much active in ensuring the process was efficient and smooth - we felt like we didn't consistently receive this from GloverPriest and left us on the back foot throughout the process. Although they were careful and considerate throughout the process, we don't believe Glover and Priest exceeded any expectations. We would recommend other first time buyers to be mindful of the importance of communication between themselves and solicitor and ensure they choose their solicitors carefully.

They completed the transaction in the time I requested and for the price they quoted.

It was simple freehold house sale .
The matter has concluded but I believe that my emails were not responded to for many days after they were sent ,multiple times during the sale process .
Phone systems also were a case of press 1 for this and 2 for that and then would go unanswered and disconnect anyway .
There should be a time frame for answering emails and a direct dial phone number for the team ,so clients can speak/ confirm things ,if required .

Throughout the selling process they replied quickly to queries and kept me aware of how the process was progressing, I highly recommend them.

After being let down by another firm a few weeks into my house purchase, I approached GloverPriest after reading a few reviews on them. They were very professional, efficient and friendly.
