Don’t bother. These products are terrible quality.
I have good knowledge of hair stylers and this is the worse I ve come across.
They feel cheap and they don’t heat up properly. The results are poor.
Also the customer service is terrible. No reply and I have to wait until they approve my request.
The website purposely hides any instructions or address to send the products back.
Also, the items come from abroad. Not uk. That also is not clear.
Very dodgy operation and despite the website saying items can be returned within 30 days, they make it difficult .

Product doesn’t heat up
I was very surprised to read that Glowcept were going to refund me when my product did not work after my last review. Of course I don’t post under my own name so how did they know who I was. They said they would send a email refunding me after they requested a video which I sent. I emailed them to tell them my real name and details. As usual, no refund, no email. This is looking more like a SCAM with every day that passes

Glowcept also sent email saying I could have a free replacement if I didn’t want to return. I want a REFUND without having to send it back at my expense. Is this a scam????

I received a mini hair brush…
I received a mini hair brush straightener to review. It works by using usb to charge it. It was great on my hair and I've just currently come back from holiday, I took this with me because it doesn't take up much room and it was good just to go over my hair in the morning. Never had any problems with glowcept at all. Also delivery was quick.

Received no goods but plenty of emails…
Received no goods but plenty of emails telling me it is on its way! Then they ask me to leave a review about the product, which I have not received so I have left this one instead. Buyer beware!
Company says delivered but have today 17/10 checked with my Post Office & no parcel has been delivered by Evri. I have telephoned Evri as suggested by Glowcept to Evri say they have some delay issues & will look into expediting my parcel & reply within 24hrs.
I asked Evri to deliver to my Post Office as I was going to be out and therefore unable to take delivery myself.
