Do not trust this company I ordered patches and didn't receive them for months. I requested my 49euro back customer service said we will send you double. When I finally received my order it was a single batch. I contacted them saying you broke your end of the deal so your ripping me off. They said no the second order will be sent months later no order sent and I'm emailing them them 2 months and they will not reply. Also their patches do not work.

Total scam ordered patches early November still never received them or a refund I've been in touch with emails but never got a reply taken people's money to the value of 60 euro before Christmas is disgraceful this company should be reported very disappointed 😔

I placed an order with this Company 5 weeks ago and despite emails back & forth I have received no products.
They sent an email saying package was dispatched on 16th Nov & a link to track my parcel but there is no info whatsoever when you click into the link to track the parcel. I'm sad to admit I like others have been scammed all because of the name GlowIreland a rogue Company using false advertising. The emails I received are from

I ordered two Neuro Bloom on 8th September 2025 from Glowireland. I paid €34.95 plus €3.95 for priority processing and packaging insurance ( which said order would arrive in 5 to seven days )
To date I have not received my order despite umpteen requests about my order. The only reply I get is order in transit.I am totally fed up with this company.

I would give no star if I could. Can't believe I was duped had the device plugged in for 2 months and didn't save a cent...absolute crap

Glow ireland has a very professional write up that advertises on Facebook.Reading it you take it for granted it is an Irish Company .Unfortunately They will gladly take your order and your money .Should you have reason to complain or Return the items forget it your money is Gone .You will be fobbed off !After several emails they will ask you to return items to China .In short a total waste of time and money ! Buyer beware !

They sent the wrong items. When i notified them they tried to convince me the air purifiers they sent were the energy savers I had ordered. I sent a photo of what I received and a photo of the same things being sold online as air purifiers and I asked for instructions to return the items they sent so I could have a refund. They have ignored my emails since then. Its terrible that such company's are allowed to treat people like this and take their hard earned money and customers have little or no protection.

Absolute scammers would give minus if I could ordered products that never came all I got was a load of useless emails promising me everything asked for a refund and never even received a reply now they are endorsing the eco electricity saver trying to con older people don't buy y off anything where you see glowireland. Scammers

Absolute scam!!! I ordered the "Ecowatt TM device" what arrived i could have made myself! Didn't even have a proper plug. As light as a feather in weight and wasn't working properly. The instructions were in Chinese. No information on the product attached. Dissatisfied!!! I sent pictures of what i ordered vs what was delivered and explained the fault. And they tried to fob me off with excuses. When I clarified I wasn't happy and was happy to return the product. They said it wasn't in the returns policy. A faulty product, that was clearly a fake copy of what I ordered. And it's not within the returns policy. Do not waste you money!! They tried to offer me 20 euro store credit. I wouldn't buy anything from them again if they were the last store on earth. Disgusting customer service!!!

I purchased products from this website and have had nothing but failed promise after failed promise. Total scam! Disgusted with this company, given that there is a cost of living crisis and me living on a VERY limited income!

Very uncomfortable to wear, especially at night.

Would give zero if I could complete scam please dont purchase from them. Orders dont arrive not legit and while maybe a registered company in Ireland or has ireland in its name its not local in terms of products. I did receive an email to say delivery on route from china but that was it no tracking availabe nothing. Complained said they would resend but nothing was delivered. This is a scam website.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. "Customer Support" emails bounce back and unable to get a refund for order now. Pity I didn't read the reviews before because they're mostly bad. Steer well clear from this site

Thought by buying this from an Irish company I'd h e it under a week but queried it last nite to track it down the package was in china

Dreadful customer service, i ordered my product on 17th Sept, 2 weeks on Wednesday this week! No sign of it, ! Emailed twice and a automated response, really!! They took my money but wont answer an email , dispatched on 18th September ! Where is it coming from Siberia! Never again, first time ive got scammed! Should have read reviews before!
I've just noticed the very little good reviews that are left are obviously fake as this company is the ONLY review they've done!

Do not touch this company, not legal 😤 take your money and no refund or goods received. Received a letter from customs.. there goods are not legal in Ireland

The company is advertising slumming patches so I was taken in and paid money .Glowireland slimming patches are from China n illegal in this country so my parcel was detained by HPRA . So I've lost cash n item . Scam

Still havent received my order doubt ill get it at this stage. So disappointed waste of money
