I wished to return Echo Watt purchase.I went to glowireland.ie site for to get return instructions only to find this email address does not exist.This is a total scam.

Customer service is dreadful, placed an order on August 20th now the 12th of September and still no sign. Then received a letter to say the product was detained because it is illegal to sell in Ireland but yet still took my money & refused to respond to my emails... absolute scam stay away

Dear Folks, do not be fooled by this website for weight loss patches. GLOW IRELAND are selling illegal products that have not been authorised by the HPRA. They are importing them from China & HPRA are intercepting them therefore you lose your money. They tell you they are held by customs no they are not.

The silicone bowl covers are a game changer in the kitchen. They fit snug on bowls and haven't split like others I tried. Great design and excellent quality - really practical too.

So happy that we came across these. It used to be a huge challenge for our family and we’d just settle for grooming appointments, but we thought we’d give this a go and what a breeze it is to do their nails!

This is my third time ordering from Irish Supply and the service has been brilliant every time. Fast replies, excellent packaging, and the products are exactly what I needed. The quality is consistently excellent. It's rare to find that kind of consistency with online shopping.

I emailed them re Magic Oil, within the 30 days warranty for a refund. Never heard from them. Emailed again and they gave me a reference no, never heard for a long time, Last week I received an email asking me was my issue sorted!!!!!!!!
I contacted them again and asked for a refund as I was in the 30 day warranty. They eventually offered me 20% if I bought a product on their website.
BEWARE of this company

Got the compact sewing kit for emergencies. Everything fits perfectly in the case and it came in handy quicker than I expected! Smart design and good quality throughout.

I had to leave a 1 star rating to be able to write this review. They are not even worthy of this. This company purport to be from Ireland - they are not. Their products ship from China! Another reason to doubt the credibility of this company. I see from the other reviews on this website that I am not the only customer to have been scammed. Glowireland claim their products are genuine.. they most definitely are not. I ordered the Skin Anew Oil after reading the impressive reviews. When it arrived some weeks later as it was coming from China, I started use straightaway, but I wondered why the bottle was different and the name on the bottle different from what I had purchased. This company also offered a 60 day money back guarantee and because of this protection I ordered the product. After a month of use there was absolutely no difference to my skin and I doubted what was actually in the bottle as it felt like water when applied to the skin, had no consistency and no aroma. Before the 60 day guarantee ran out I raised a dispute through Paypal's resolution Center, but they overturned it because they said I was out of the 30 day limit. I have been emailing GlowIreland since 8 July and have sent numerous emails asking for my money back. They have refused this and instead had the cheek to offer me another bottle of the same oil (oka water) to be sent to me FOC or incontinence oil. What an insult. They said they cant honour the money back guarantee because I opened and used the product. However I have a bottle still unopened which I offered to return for a 50% refund - they said no. Looking again at their 60-day guarantee it says if there is no improvement they will refund - to know this you would obviously need to be using the product. They are complete scammers and liars. I have lost my money and I am so annoyed that this company have got away with this. They also don't have a website but instead use social media platforms like Facebook to scam people. Avoid at all Costs and do not be fooled. I will be leaving as many angry negative reviews as I can over social media and have reported this disgraceful company to Action Fraud...AVOID!!
I have just checked their company number on the Companies Registry CRN 680551 - it does not exist...FAKE FAKE FAKE

Rubbish cheap product. Luxury body oil, a joke! More like water with a drop of oil in it. Steer clear of this website and their products !

Scam company sending cheap knockoffs of what they advertise!
This is not an Irish company, it is NOT registered in Ireland………..I checked!
They take your money & send cheap knock off versions of what they advertise.
I ordered the Skin Anew oil but instead received something in very similar packaging under another name, from China, that is nothing more than coloured water. (I am a qualified aesthetician & cosmetologist so kinda know what I’m talking about!)
It took multiple correspondences to the company who finally responded after the 14 day return policy date had passed stating that they reserved the right to substitute the products on order….WTF????
I’d upload photos of what I ordered compared to what I received if I could!

Foolishly I ordered the weight loss patches and I waited 4 weeks for them. I opened the package and straight away I knew I had been scammed. Stay away from this site don’t waste your hard earned money like I did !😡

Spent over 40 euros.I received 2 fake oils that are available on aliexpress for 87 cent each.Glow lreland are a totally fake scam of a so called company.They are disgusting.BE WARNED..DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME..I have pictures of what I ordered and what I received.I have lost all faith in humans after this experience. You cannot trust online sellers at all.Its very sad really 💔😥

Ordered the body oil June 30th . No tracking available. I have been sending emails. Response is I'm on a ticket waiting system. Would never order anything from this so called company again.

Same Oil can be bought on Shein and Temu for €5 instead of €30. A complete scam and not even based in Ireland

I receaved my order late then tried for refund or address to send back will not entertain refund so going to see if I can put on facebook and all my platform about my treatment
Don't buy from this company it is a scam I think

After my bad review I feel bad as I received my order today. Hopefully it works.
