Royal Mail delivered a day later than they said. Nothing Glued to Music could reasonably do about it. I emailed them when my order didn’t turn up and they provided advice straight away. Product is exactly as I expected. Would be 5 stars but for Royal Mail.

I ordered a new 165 scratch plate for my guitar, it never arrived even though they said it had been delivered - untrue. They have ignored my last three messages asking for a refund or replacement. There is no contact phone number either - why? Do NOT buy from these people as you probably won't get what you ordered.

Just very fast and no messing about, great shop great staff.

Would not recommend, I ordered parts from here and they have yet to arrive but I’m being told they have been delivered. No delivery note left by the delivery company like they usually would, no confirmation email of the parts being delivered and waiting to hear back from them.

I needed some small parts to repair an old guitar Glues to Music had a good range so I easily found what I needed. It was shipped in just over 1 day.

I purchased a set of three Hosco nut slotting files. Unfortunately the files were very inaccurate and cut the 17 and 13 (G & B) oversized to the point of pinging in the nut on bends. while some variation can be expected, as can be the need to widen a stot by manipulating the file, I find this is unacceptable since the nut becomes unfit for purpose. Sadly GtoM were wholly uncooperative in the matter, and refused to accept a return: I cannot recommend them, or the product.
