Ordered locking tuners and string trees I need to upgrade my Tele. As stated on their web site, any order placed over the Christmas break would be actioned on their return, 3rd Jan and sent out the next day. Goods arrive at 10am on the 4th. Thank you guys.

I needed to order a replacement bridge for my Fender Ultra strat as new bridge plates were not available. As in the past I have noticed some Fender bridge plates had inconsistent knife edges, Neil offered to select one for me to my requirements. The trem action on my Ultra is now shimmery and stays in tune perfectly. Not a service I would have received if I had ordered direct from Fender.

I recently bought some parts from 'Glued To Music' to repair a friend's Fender Stratocaster. The parts supplied were of excellent quality, competitively priced, and received well packaged by return of post. It doesn't get better than that! I am simply a satisfied customer, who will use Glued To Music again.

I’ve used glued to music for a couple of years now for when I’m doing guitar upgrades and need to source quality parts. The team always dispatch items very quickly and if I ever have any problems they’re always quick to help.

I recently purchased 2 Gotoh string trees through looking on the net and was recommended Gotoh , I happen to see glued to music site and ordered my two string trees. They came very quickly and are fantastic quality. I will definitely be using glued to music in the future 🙏🏽

All good. A great process with Glued to Music and quick delivery. The Faber tailpiece and posts fitted easily and they make just the little bit of a difference I was hoping for.

Insanely expensive.. I mean, I've paid 250 euro incl vat and customs.. for a bridge worth 160 euro. Never again would I buy here. No information on vat and customs cost too.

Tried to contact them regarding non delivery of nut files. No response to several emails and no contact telephone number available. Had to send a registered letter in the end! Didn't receive any form of sale confirmation or receipt - even though money went out of my bank account immediately.
Claimed via my bank and got a full refund in the end, but overall a bad experience and I will not be using this company again.
