They promised that if I had the car for…
They promised that if I had the car for three months and I’m going to get one week free. I had the car for about four month and I call them today to discuss about the one week free they promised. They told me that there was no offer on the date I have signed the contract.
Be careful when you sign the contract if there is any offers or promises ask them to write it on the contract.
Because they basically told me that they don’t remember making the promise and they don’t care.

We carefully reviewed your contract and, unfortunately, there was no promotion or free-week offer included at the time it was signed. That said, despite this, we still provided you with a discretionary discount on your monthly payments as a gesture of goodwill.

I was treated well! It seems like nothing important, but I have been treated in a what that left me in tears by a previous hire company.
I have been with more than one. But G&M have been very supportive of me during a long Illness, situations and so much.
It’s like I was adopted by them. 🤩
