Impossible to return

I received a product that has listed as genuine product , but it was a cheap Chinese product. I tried to send back the product, I contacted them via email , I was prompted to do the return on the site, the page did not work , no matter what browser I tried

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I only ordered from them because they promised 3-4 days of shipping. My order took 12 days to arrive. When it finally arrived, I didn’t need the part anymore and had to return it. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They were rude and outright mocked me. I finally got my refund for the product but no apology or reimbursement for the delay in shipping or return costs. I would rather sell my motorcycle than to ever again order anything from this company.

I had a 10/10 experience with them

I had a 10/10 experience with them. A reliable company with top-level professionalism. I ordered a helmet from them, which I later returned because it didn’t fit me, and I received my money back very quickly after the return. I highly recommend Gmoto and thank you!
