I agree with many others - avoid them
I agree with many others. I was cut off and charged with "abuse". I've hardly used it, just set it up "in case" a few years ago. Then my present I.P.'s email went down the tubes for three days and I decided to use it. I only switched one recipient (Tesco -hardly a black site!) and that was it. Customer service of gmx refuse to divulge any detail and accuse me of "abuse". I was told that I was blocked and that was it. Quite extraordinary! Avoid them or regret it.

used GMX for 15 years and today was locked out then a german page kept appearing using google translate followed the instructions (another login page)
simply sends me round and round in circles
very disappointed in a service I've used as my MAIN email for years, I have no idea what to do I have contacted GMX but heard nothing, should they deem to contact me and sort it I will amend my review
Be Wary of GMX
A good email service, until you get blocked and locked out and customer service does not respond to help out. No phone number provided. I had my main email forwarded to gmx, but thankfully was able to forward to another. However, it doesn't help that I've lost thousands of emails, and saved emails. Be wary of GMX email service provider.

I have been trying to log in to my account for two days and says my password and security questions are both incorrect, strange as the security question is my date of birth!! I think I know this is correct!! I have had four automated emails back from GMX all telling me the same as their web site, no help at all. I only need to reset a password and never believed this could be so difficult. Not impressed!!
