My 15 year old washer was denied…

My 15 year old washer was denied repair/replacement because they are so stupid and concluded it was abused. How can anybody think that a washer that worked for 15 years is considered abused? That stupid must have thought that it should last 50 years and not just 15. Cancelled my insurance and move to another company.

The electrician found that a upgrade…

The electrician found that a upgrade fan mount was needed and stopped work. I had another electrician install the mount and the new fan that was left here to get the job completed. There was no reinvestment for paying a different electrician to install the fan. I had to eat it. Atleast I don't have to wait another week.

According to our records, Compound Electric recommended replacing the dining room ceiling fan. However, installation requires a ceiling fan-rated electrical box.
Upon receiving your confirmation that your contractor installed the company-provided ceiling fan, we issued a cash payment of $120 in lieu of Compound Electric’s installation services.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the check to arrive.

I told them our pool had a leak

I told them our pool had a leak. They charged me $95 for a service call knowing that our contract did not cover leaks which we were unaware of. Very dishonest!!
