you buy a pre order because you rly want the game. 3 hrs before launch you recieve order cancelled you will recieve a refund. you open a complaint ticket they send you a mail we will try to sort this out within 72 hrs. , why offer a preorder if you cant manage to provide, so now they refund without transaction and order fees of course .
So ive spent 11 euro for something ill never will get.

Hello, I've had a concern with a cd key with Go2Arena, and then receive the key 16 hours after the realese, I do not find that acceptable. I demand compensation for the delay, because the game could be preloaded before the release or at least midnight.

The only comment I'd make was that I wasn't sure exactly how long it would take for my order to go from "processing" to "ready" so I could view the serial, turns out it was less than half an hour, but I wasn't told any time-frame at all.
Apart from that, I am so glad I have found a very cheap site for steam and origin keys!

This situation is unbearable.
This situation started when I asked you to change a game on a order, and you said you couldn't and you would instead refund the money of the game so I could make another order.
I brought the game on january 2013, more than ONE YEAR after I still don't have the refund.
I'm waiting for an answer since January 13th!!!!
I'm not there to make money with games.
I've sent my BANK information wich no one EVERshould send to resolve peacefuly this matter and STILL I didn´t recive any money from you or even an ANSWER.

It's amazing how can´t you see tha´t in fact you didn't transfer any money to me, it's amazing how you can't see that in your bank account you still have the 35.60€ and no money was transfered to me...

I was a bit cautious because of bad reviews, but was not dissappointed overall. The payment process went through secure PayPal and I received the Steam key in email within minutes. The price was third of the original, cheaper than ever sold (according to IsThereAnyDeal).

What should have been a simple thing of opening a new account and getting the download I wanted should be simple, smooth and secure. As it turned out ..... it is was.
