Had problems but were worked out, quick delivery
So i had a problem with delivery, contacted online chat, they told me they can't do anything there, but told me to try something with mail admins and then told me to contact them again, after i solved the issue i contacted them again and everything was fine

Was critical at first, but it turned out well
It was a bit inconvenient for me, that the company decided to hand out the game key I ordered (Warlords of Draenor) only one day before release.
Why? Well, with the pre-order you get a free level 90 character boost and I intended to play with that character as soon as possible to prepare for the launch.
In the end I got what I wanted for a very cheap price, so I'm content.
