BBQ bar top!
I ordered some epoxy from a supplier that was bad (it never cured always sticky). I reached out to them about it twice and never heard back so I decided to try the Ultra Clear epoxy and it was the best decision I have made. Product is fantastic and made my BBQ top look beautiful.

The product itself seems pretty good. My problem is that the "push" sign is about a quarter of an inch shorter than the "pull" sign reflected on the measurements cited on the website. Consequently the holes don't line up. I've asked for some resolution but no response yet..Feb 4.
OK, here we are in late March. I'm raising my review to a 4 1/2. Of course, the item itself still falls a little short because measurements are out of wack, however, that is not Gobek's fault..their supplier is the problem and they have been unable to get satisfactory response from them. Gobek has been extremely helpful thru this process...professional, empathetic, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to find an answer. They are clearly as frustrated as I am. Today, they agreed to give me a full refund and suggested I keep the items...maybe I'll use 'em as a doorstop. I'd give 'em a 5 for service but still dinged them just a little for not being able to get the supplier to respond more positively. Hope they find a new supplier. Gobek.....a good group.

Return and refund
We received a sheet just 3 days after placing the order. We consulted the cardiologist about using it with a pace maker who advised against it. We contacted GOBEK who began the process of return and refund after receiving this information. They stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process notifying us when refund was completed.

Wrong item
Dear GobekUSA Team,
I received my delivery for order #US8934 today, and the items are completely incorrect. This is very frustrating as I specifically confirmed the product with your team before placing the order. (See attached pictures)
Additionally, I noticed the package was shipped from a third party, Darkslide Records in Iowa. I order from them frequently and could have purchased this directly for a lower price.
Given these errors, I expect a full refund, including the cost of return shipping to Darkslide Records. This experience is unacceptable, and I plan to file a complaint with Shop if this matter is not rectified immediately.
