Well priced materials and package was shipped in a sturdy box. The trim wasnt warped and didnt have any defects.

The customer service team is impressive because they responded and made sure that I received my package as requested… will purchase from them again.

Product (bilt hard chipper) was delivered as advertised. Nuts and bolts were bagged and numbered properly for assembly

I am so happy with my purchase, it’s beautiful and will be rewarding to complete the kit. The site was very easy to navigate and I received my purchase quickly. The kit colors are bright and pretty.

We have received our couch cover and they are good quality and we like them so far.
The one dissapointing fact is the large (ugly) logo on the item, that doesn't make any sense. It says "Samantha hair care" in bright yellow and brown. Not only is the logo unsightly, but it doesn't make any sense since this couch cover has nothing to do with hair care. We thought it fit our room aesthtically, but with this distateful logo, I would think twice.

I have been trying to contact Gobeck for several days by phone and emailing customer service. I received a product that I have a question about. I'd appreciate if someone would contact me.

This is the worst quality product I bought for such a large price in years. All the metal that was surrounding, the window was completely discombobulated. I would head shipped it back, but my contractors already had it installed by the time I came back from vacation now I have to pay extra amounts to get the quality where it should’ve been when I purchased it.

Very fast shipment, and items were exactly as described.

I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of this product. These units were purchased for installation in a new fire station, where they will certainly be tested for durability under demanding conditions. The build quality appears excellent and well-suited for long-term use.

Perfect motorcycle gloves. I read reviews that they were too stiff & rigid. Was not my experience. Rubbed some leather conditioner on it and totally comfortable.!would highly recommended

Pacakaging was upside down. Glass was shattered and was offered a piece of glass as a replacement. I’m sure that glass will also come destroyed, so I’m hoping I can just send this thing back.
Edit: it’s been about a week and a half. I’ve recieved a couple emails, each one being at 4:00 am or earlier. I now can no longer get a hold a hold of this terrible company and hope to god that I just get a refund.
Edit #2: I wish I could show you pictures on this terrible review to show you how terrible this company is. So, apparently my last 3 messages and somehow my phone calls all went to a spam folder. HUH. Weird. Very odd that your customer service stops working once I ask for a replacement. What I also found very odd is that I threatened to go to my bank and then the next day (after waiting 8 days) I was responded to. Seems this buisnesss is MONEY HUNGRY. DO. NOT. ORDER. Also, how many people do you have ordering a Willie Stargell plaque at the same time to where you needed all this extra information. I ordered the same type of thing from another company. Guess what, came three layer bubble wrapped with packing peanuts up to the brim. You folks put my package upside down in the box with 57 packing peanuts (Would love to send you a photo) and yes, I could count them. This is by far THE WORST company I’ve ever bought from. I guess I should also say that the actually quality of the plaque was absolutely worthless. Fake autograph that literally would wipe off with a dry cloth. It’s taped up on the back like the hell is that. Just an fyi, if I don’t receive this return label in the next three days I’m going to my bank. Edo Light, if that’s even a real person, clearly has no care in getting your stuff in correctly as they will just tell you that your emails and somehow the extensive calls and messages you left went to a spam folder. He then will ask you to leave a better review because they’re a small business that needs your help. Well folks the clock is ticking. You have until Wednesday and then you’re losing my money. Screw all of you. I hope you really reconsider owning a business because you’re not very good at it. So in conclusion, your company sucks. That’s my revaluation that you wanted so badly. You probably don’t even remember sending it EDO. Thanks for no help and thanks for stealing from me.
Edit#3 (after company reply): I’ve already explained that your email is not working. I’ve asked twice for you to send it and it never came. I’m done working with you as I never received it. So reply to your god*** emails please. I sent you everything you need to know multiple times. This should’ve been figured out about two weeks ago. I needed this done by the 12th and you guys have totally ruined it. So thanks but I had a demand and your fake American company decided to scam all of us.
P.S: I just received the “verification” for the shipping label that I asked for a month ago. Too bad I already went to the bank. Thanks for the money back you scammers, too bad I had to get it back myself from the bank like I said I would.
