I bought a North Face bag for 2 euros. However, two days later, 36.81 euros were deducted from my account. This was done twice, through companies like GoClothesGo.com and steptoshoes.com. I appealed. My North Face bag never arrived, but they took the money. Now they've messaged me asking for a review, but they haven't refunded my money. How do I know they're sincere? If I get a refund, I'll give another 5-star review. I applied to the bank for cancellation on July 7, 2025, and canceled my credit card. However, a new charge was made on July 14, 2025. It turns out that my cancellation request was for a payment made at that time. They've entered post-dated payment orders. They're trying to collect €36.81 three times in a week. This is an incredible scam. I'm horrified.
