I have been emailing them for days and all get is a reply saying that they have already sent me my second batch even though I have emailed them before they sent the second batch. I really do not like the smell its starting to give a headache. Please cancel my subscription

i tell you i smell so good and i am noticing a small difference in my skin so im going to keep to keep using it for as long as it takes so pleased thank you

I hate this company so much! Their product is decent but it is impossible to get an actual person on the phone. It took me almost two months to cancel my autoship and they just kept charging me and sending me more product. I’m actually not even sure it’s cancelled now. They sent me a confirmation 10 days ago that it was cancelled but I got another shipment 3 days ago. I’m probably going to have to cancel the card I used to order in the first place to get it to stop. Also, I was unaware that I signed up for autoship, I thought I was just ordering once. So be careful to check the fine print if you order it because they will lock you in and make it next to impossible to cancel.

Cant reach out to the company to change shipping address and to stop subscription which i didnt sign for
,mails sent no response,pls cancel subscription ,i have my mails correspondences as evidence

I use the oil and the perfume together...lasts most of the day.

I’m a 65 year old man, I shave my head and face every night in the shower. Immediately after I put Goda body oil all over my body to include my face and head. My skin is much better without being greasy, and I smell good for my wife - she loves the smell.

Was good, took longer to deliver than expected

The smell was strong for the first hour or more that I could smell but it did wear off faster than I had imagined so I don’t see it being something I can buy all the time considering it’s pricey and still doesn’t last too long. Good smell tho while it lasts

The perfume smells really good. I love it. The more I wear it the more people are asking what I'm wearing.

Once you order a product from these people, they sign you up to a subscription in the back ground where they send you product weather you want it or not….i class them as scammers, I have been trying to cancel the subscription for 2 weeks now without success, it’s easier to escape from prison don’t get conned… what they send is no better than scented water.

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company.

I made what I believed was a one-time purchase. Later, I discovered that my credit card had been charged for a subscription order that I never knowingly authorized. When I attempted to cancel, the company’s cancellation link did not work.

I immediately contacted customer service and clearly stated that I wanted the subscription canceled, the order canceled, and my money refunded. Instead of addressing my request, I was repeatedly met with retention tactics. I received offers for discounts, free products, and requests to reconsider my cancellation.

What was most frustrating was that my actual concern seemed to be completely ignored. Despite multiple emails explicitly requesting cancellation and a refund, I continued receiving responses that appeared to be copied from a sales script. At one point, after repeatedly telling them I did not want the order, I received an email informing me that the order was “back on track” and being prepared for shipment.

As a customer, I should not have to send multiple emails to stop an order I do not want. I should not have to argue with customer service to cancel a subscription. And I certainly should not be receiving sales offers when I am actively disputing an unauthorized charge.

The issue is not just the charge itself. The issue is how the company handled the situation. Instead of listening to the customer and resolving the problem, they appeared far more interested in preventing a cancellation than addressing the concerns that led to it.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you place an order, pay very close attention to whether you are being enrolled in any recurring subscription program and document every interaction with customer service.

I loved the smell of the product, it made me feel impowerd and sexy and my hubby was following me about and kept smelling my neck an being like a teenage boy unable to keep his hands off me,

If I could give a negative stars I would , it would be a -100. I canceled my order and instead of refunding my money they sent the product. I refused the package in Feb and they told me that I would get my refund in 25 days. It's been over 2 months since they got the pack back and it's May almost June and I still am waiting for my refund. They will steal your money. Zero intentions of returning my money. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS.

I love the Gods Product but the shipping was too long. You must do something about this. My order took longer to get here than from Amazon. The bottles both had oil smeared on the outside. Packaging needs to be improved to assure that there’s not a waste of the oil perfume. The product itself is wonderful. It’s a great treatment after a long bubble bath. The fragrance is perfect. I just need to get my orders faster. I’d like to feel confident that my purchase was packaged securely and I would not need to request a replacement. Especially because the shipping was so long.

I ordered back in Early April, I still have NOT received my order.. I have, SEVERAL EMAILS letting them know this, but yet they have taken money out of my account for another order that I did not authorize.. Now my bank is involved and my Attorney this company is a nightmare they are full of shit.. I tell them NOT to contact me anymore and yet they continue, I have ask for my money back several times and they try to make deals, I am also going to contact, our Attorney General in my state. To also go after this company, they have gone TO FAR AND STAYED TO LONG!!

I have been using Goda for her for years and it’s my everyday scent, I always use it with my other perfumes and I use the body oil too, and the compliments I get each time I wear it makes me smile, I have introduced so many of my friends and colleagues because they love how I smell.

I've been wearing this every day since I got it. It's subtle and sensual. It stays all day and isn't overpowering when I first put it on.
