Been nearly 3 weeks and NO product received. Not even shipped! Took my money and I have sent 8 emails (only contact they make available) for the return of my money! They quit sending me AI responses (imagine that) and will not return my money! Absolute THiEVES!

I placed my order over two weeks ago. I was then inundated with emails asking for a review and emails pushing product. I reached out to inquire about when it would be shipped and twice I was told it is in the final stages of processing….that was four business days ago. Customer service is comprised of an email AI chat bot which gets you nothing but an apology. I don’t even care about how good or not good the product is right about now. When this finally comes to an end I will never repurchase from this company. There are far too many others to choose from.

Difficult to cancel, keep offering discounts to try and tempt you to stay with them. We have been going back and forth for weeks now and still trying to cancel. Been onto PayPal to assist.
NEVER AGAIN WOULD I CONSIDER PURCHASING FROM THEM.

Goda, is a lovely fresh scent, not overpowering, a few people have commented on it.

I’m NOT a paid reviewer. I decided to try this ONCE because it was an oil, and I figured it would last longer. It did, but the scent is alright, and everyone including the huge celebrity endorsing this is LYING about how great it is. Here’s the bigger problem - credit card fraud. I know for a FACT I checked one time subscription and was angry when I saw they had billed me for more. I immediately reached out (by email) and told them not to send anything and to cancel my subscription. I got an automated message saying the product could not be returned once shipped. I could clearly see from tracking it had not been mailed, and when the AI Generated response insisted I signed up, I requested proof. They could not provide proof, so I disputed the charges with my bank and emailed that I was working with the bank because they STOLE my credit card information. I told them to refund my money, and at their expense I would send their product back. They made an offer: keep it product, and we’ll refund 30%, then 50%. I said NO each time citing it was not ok for them to STEAL 30 or 50% of my money. After several messages with their AI and my refusal to back down, they finally refunded my money. Since they are thieves, I subsequently canceled the card and got another one. They are untrustworthy and the product does not have the greatest scent. You can get something cheaper and better smelling at places like ROSS or MARSHALLS.

Your lovely oil makes me feel vibrant and younger again. My skin feels delightful and people are starting to notice too. I live in Australia and as you know the sun gets very harsh here, so delivery was easy and surprisingly quick. Thank you.

My husband has been getting closer. And my ego got a boost when a younger man started to flirt with me. That felt great. lol I would so recommend this perfume.

When I initiated first order, it asked was the order a one time charge or subscription and I chose one time charge. They charged a second month on 1st of June. I sent email to cancel with no future charges with refund. I did receive a response on 12th of June that order was already shipped and no refund. I responded on same day to cancel any future shipments and was charged again on June 29th. When does the madness stop?

I am obsessed with the Goda "Sweet Amber"... I use a couple drops of my Goda for Her and then spray my Sweet Amber over top of it and then it's crazy all the reactions I get. I'm on my 2nd bottle in less than a month!!! Thank you Goda! PLEASE don't ever stop making the Sweet Amber ❤️
