There has been problems with the IBV connecting sometimes it just sit and spins. I have to try a few times? Customer service is pretty quick though in making decisions.

In an update to my experience
In an update to my experience. I was finally paid; however, I couldn't make the whole payment after 2 months of no payments. I sent a partial payment, to which GoDay responded, saying I hadn't paid anything, and outright said I was intentionally not paying them.
I have sent another partial payment this month, and they're intentionally not accepting it.
I am beyond done with this dehumanizing behaviour from GoDay, and I have retained pro bono legal aid to look at my options. Don't go to them, it won't help. Nobody there cares about you. It's just monsters or truly inept people. Nobody can intentionally suck this much at their jobs.

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company. They have the worst customer service /support. Use icash , pay2day, speedy cash , moneymart , loan express instead. They double charged me and never gave me a response.
They should be out of business. Complete scammers !

Very hard to get support
It’s a fine service when everything goes great, but as soon as there are issues it’s impossible to get support their bank verification is extremely unreliable and reaching someone by phone can be impossible after 15 minutes it just transfer to voice mail and emails are never answered. If you try another department you can get through it literally seconds.

No rspinse to phone calls or emails!
I applied for a loan on Friday. It said and still says 4 days later it is under review. I have called and emailed numerous times. No response to either. Ive been using GoDay for years, and never had a problem. I am really upset with no rsponse!

Not answering calls since yesterday
Not answering calls since yesterday. Paid in full by etransfer but my account says otherwise. Now the scheduled payment is coming out again even if I already paid

System is down 24+hrs & no call backs.
System is down all day Sunday.
Days with payment not updated on acct.
Nobody answers the phone or if they do they can't process anything.
It's not quick and stressful waiting in limbo.
