We had a blind that required re-stringing, Aaron collected the blind and even had to send it to an alternative supplier to get it fixed.

Aaron delivered and refitted the blind yesterday. Aaron was personable as always, so we couldn't ask for a better service.

Where to start! If you want over priced but very nice carpets, blinds and laminate shop here. If you want your home trashed, your property disrespected, a huge over order of laminate, jobs left half done, your new appliances scratched and damaged, your bedding thrown on the floor, texts that tell you when they are coming but they don't actually mean that though-they tell you afterwards, rubbish left and to top it all on their final visit your washing machine is leaking onto the half done floor -then shop here. I absolutely would not recommend this company for anything, but if you do want to shop here get your own fitting done.
Wow! What a professional response. Despite your diatribe I can back up my comments with date and time stamped CCTV, photographs, phone records and other witnesses. Unfortunately being a single homeowner this means we have to resort to these measures to protect us from untruths, bullying and bad service. You asked for a review, which I gave and suffice to say I will not be using your company to finish my home renovations nor recommending you to any family, friends,neighbours or on social media.

Excellent service from day one. Aaron was so helpful from the minute I entered the shop, I wanted a good quality carpet at a reasonable price for all of our upstairs bedrooms and dressing rooms, also needed flooring for all bathrooms and en-suites. The carpets are amazing and the fitting exceptional. The team of fitters were so respectful and even vacuumed afterwards. Susan resolved the small issue in a very timely manner as she knew we wanted to move into our self build and was such a pleasure to deal with.

100% recommend for all flooring requirements. Will be in touch shortly for curtains/blinds

Excellent service from Aaron and his fitters. Very happy with my new laminate flooring and love the new stair carpet. Aaron also did a great job of removing bathroom floor tiles and fitting boards and laying vinyl. All done on time.

From the very beginning Aaron and his team have been very helpful. I needed my kardean flooring laid urgently as my husband was coming out of hospital. Aaron kept me informed of timings at all times and his fitters were first class their work was outstanding. I would recommend Aaron and his team EXCELLENT.

4 weeks ago Goddens started to do some laminate flooring for me. It took longer than was expected for various reasons. 2 weeks ago the last of part my stairs was finished but the fitter didn't have the tools to finish the job. I emailed the fitter last week. No reply. I called the shop today. They were going to call back but haven't. My laminate still needs filler/sealant around some of the edges and my bathroom door still doesn't close. Goddens were recommended to me by several people but they have been a disappointment. I should qualify that by adding that the fitter who laid my kitchen vinyl was excellent, I have no issues with that part of the job.

The goodwill gesture would have been more useful if I'd ever received the new quote I'd asked for.

Goddens deliver a 5* service again!

Having provided a Karndean floor for the majority of our downstairs flooring back in 2021, Aaron organised a seamless transition of the same flooring into our kitchen 3 years down the line. The finish is superb and the whole experience has been friendly and efficient. I can't recommend Goddens highly enough.

Absolutely delighted with the quality and look of the carpet I chose for my bedroom. Sue allowed me to browse freely and gave helpful advice about whether my selections were pet friendly. There was a slight hiccup with the fitting, but it was quickly resolved. Bernie did a fabulous job fitting the carpet and left the room tidy. Will certainly go to Goddens again, when I next need carpet.

Cannot recommend enough. From when you first enter the beautiful showroom to the finished job. You may think when you first walk in this is going to be out of my budget but they have some beautiful flooring for all budgets. Fitter arrived all as scheduled and done a fantastic job. The flooring was top quality and looks superb. I won’t be going anywhere else. A great local business!

First class service from Aaron and his team at Goddens flooring. Aaron spent a great deal of time with my Wife and I choosing the right carpet for the upstairs of our house. He then made sure that the team of fitters continued the first class service and fitted our carpets to perfection. A brilliant service and a great price for a top quality job, I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely use them again in the future
