This delivery service is unbelievably…
This delivery service is unbelievably lazy and no good. We have a big sign on our porch that says all deliveries place on porch. They’re the only delivery service that throws our package not knowing if there’s something breakable in it on our sidewalk or in our driveway with no Care in the world and they’re looking at at the sign reading it and they still throw it with unprofessional and not giving a care about how they deliver packages with Care. I do not like their service at all.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience! The package was not delivered because it says my location couldn’t be found even though address was correct, it’s a residential location, and I’m in the suburbs. I ordered a substantial amount of packages and never heard of such a thing. My package is furniture so clearly someone was too lazy to deliver it. I am disabled and made arrangements for someone to get it. This inconveniences me and when I call customer service, they had the ability to do nothing to correct it. There was no attempt for same day redelivery and if that wasn’t bad enough, they said to allow for 3 days with no idea when they will attempt again. I couldn’t even get assurance they would attempt again next day. They said they have too many packages so they are busy. I was fed up and it’s 3 attempts to speak with a manager and nobody calls back. They don’t have direct contact to a supervisor so transfer does not exist. They tell me that everything will be expedited and that’s a lie because that does not exist. They tell you its marked with high priority yet no call backs for the 3rd time now and the expectation is the same standard as their routine, which is a repeated quote of “give us 3 days”.
Unreliable
They are the most unreliable delivery service! At first they said it was delivered to my address, after more than 2 weeks and multiple follow ups now day say it was delivered to a neigbour! And if not check the surverilance cameras!

Would give a zero if I could. Like other delivery companies in the Netherlands, there's this trend of lying and saying they attempted delivery but never did. The difference is here the customer service (if you can call it that) is HORRENDOUS. Even though it's their issue, they won't give confirmation on redelivery. All they say is we will attempt again within 3 days. And taking off work 3x is not that big of a deal to ensure your package arrives safe. I can't believe I'm saying this, but DHL as horrible as they are at least has helpful customer service that follows up. When I said I wanted to file a complaint, they said, you can just tell me and I will pass it along. Right....
Sometimes Decent, Sometimes Not
I’ve had numerous packages delivered to my college dorm from GOFO and there has never been an issue until just recently where one particular driver delegieren my package to the wrong address and it took GOFO so long to address the issue; I simply asked for a refund or a replacement and they kept dodging the issue until I took matters into my own hands.
Overall this delivery service can be decent but for the most it’s just highly unprofessional management and delivery-drivers as they’re so quick to just hurl your package down onto the ground

Lousy delivery service. They have had the package for 10 day's and they keep saying missed service. They don't deliver and keep pushing back delivery date. Customer services lousy. They should not be in business.

driver stated they did not have access to the building. stop going to the back of the building and take your lazy behind to the front of the building. this building is open 24 hours and a security guard is at the front of the building.
Poor Package Handling and Delivery Instructions wasn't followed on front door
I was disappointed with my recent delivery from GOFO. The package arrived damaged, indicating that proper care was not taken during handling. As returning customers, we expect a certain level of attention and respect for our items, especially when we have clearly posted delivery instructions on the front door.
GOFO could greatly benefit from training its delivery team to be more attentive and empathetic when handling customers' packages. When clients take the time to provide specific delivery instructions, those directions must be followed to prevent issues like this in the future.
Moreover, it would be helpful if drivers consistently took photos of the delivered items. Having a clear delivery photo adds accountability and gives customers confidence that their packages were handled properly.
I hope this feedback contributes to improvements moving forward, as we have not had better experiences in the past.

Your physical safety is compromised with this company
I rarely give reviews this bad but when someone violates my safety, it's bad. I ordered a product that used gofo, the driver purposely delivered it wrong, showed photos of the wrong address and the package goes missing. I get a refund through the seller and this individual driver comes to my door and harasses me that that they lost $200 (the product was not that amount). gofo doesn't pay there workers except through the deliveries themselves and when you report it missing or stolen it gets taken directly from the driver. Which means if you get a refund you now have an angry driver who knows where you live. Massive safety risk!! This isn't an isolated incident either their have been multiple reports of drivers doing this. Had I known what companies utilize this service I would not have ever done business with them. They are not safe! You can be potentially harmed from using this service! It's not worth it! If you ever get send to gofo for delivery cancel your order immediately!

I ordered from Walmart and the sellers apparently used this company GoFO shipping company five of my packages never arrived they send you pictures of a place you don't even know where it's at then they tell you they will help you to try to get it for you because they left it in the wrong place and then they don't even do that do not ever order anything if the shipping says it's going to be from GoFO. I order everything online I do not shop at stores and this has been the very first time I have never received my products that I have ordered I normally have UPS or FedEx and they have never had a problem getting me my packages but this last order I put in I bought five items I have not received one it's been over a month and a half when I look up the tracking it says that it is at a holding station I call about it everyday they say they're going to put it back out for shipping they were having problems with my address I have sent the right address I have wrote them descriptions on how to get to my place I have sent pictures of my place everything to them at their customer service they keep saying they're going to deliver it and they don't five packages missing because of this company they are the worst shipping company I have ever seen in my life and now I will not be able to order online no more because I can't trust that they won't use the shipping company again
Consistently Unreliable
GOFO Express is unfortunately the least reliable shipping service. On several occasions, I've had packages marked as undeliverable, yet they never send any notifications. They also don't let the merchants know. Instead, customers are expected to contact them, at which point they will take a while to respond, give you the run-around, or schedule a redelivery only to not stick with it.

Wow, I came in to leave a good review and I see so many had horrible experiences with them, Guess I was the lucky one? But my experiences was good, they answered my call, got my address changed from PO Box to Home address and sent me updates on my changes and packages. 🤷🏻♂️
GOFO is HORRIBLE.
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. I have never had such a horrible delivery experience in my life. I would NEVER trust them with a package EVER again. I have wasted my time, my energy, my emotions, my commitment, my whole BEING to this delivery service. And what do I get? NOT MY PACKAGE. I am fuming with hatred for GOFO. If GOFO ships your package, cancel it, redo it, run the other way.

Less than 1. They can't read instructions. I don't understand why? They deliver to the wrong address. Then when I file a claim on it. Threw my package like trash on the ground
The driver stood from the sidewalk and literally threw my package in the middle of my yard. Never entered my yard, never attempted to deliver to my porch. Just tossed the package into the grass. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
