Mostly deliver quickly

8 packages in the last few years. 76 of them arrived (in St. Paul, MN) 2 or 3 days after handed to their hub in IL; two took 12 days. From their Atlanta hub add a day.

Bad service

Two packages delivered successfully, then they claim they cannot deliver to a private mailbox.
They claim they only drop at a house.
Also, took it to the town, then returned it to the warehouse before claiming they can't deliver the packages.

Idk what everyone is talking about

Idk what everyone is talking about. I have ordered multiple things from companies that use Gofo and every time they have delivered my packaged on time, undamaged, and on my front porch. The drivers have always been sweet and have held conversations with me.

Three weeks of lies, then returned my packages to sender

GOFO Express held two packages worth nearly $2,000 for three full weeks, gave me the runaround, and then returned them to the sender instead of delivering them.

I contacted them on March 11 asking for delivery. They told me the "courier is out for delivery" and to "be patient." Days passed -- nothing. I called twice. I emailed four times. Each response was a canned template promising delivery that never came.

They claimed my address and phone number were invalid -- a complete fabrication. GOFO themselves delivered a previous order to this same address. Every other carrier delivers here routinely.

When I offered to drive to their depot and pick up in person with matching government ID, they refused.

On March 23, I discovered they had returned both packages to the sender in China. No warning, no call, no final delivery attempt. Three weeks wasted.

These were fire department parts. The real issue is my address is about two hours from their depot and they didn't want to make the drive. Instead of being honest about their service limitations, they fabricated excuses and strung me along.

Avoid GOFO Express if you live outside a major metro area. They will accept your package, sit on it, and send it back.

I have several items delivered through this company and have always had a good experience. I thought it was only fair to leave them a nice review. I received a package today and the delivery person was very polite.

If you value your time and sanity

If you value your time and sanity, avoid Gofo at all costs. Their customer service is abysmal, their information unreliable and often false, and their delivery promises meaningless. Multiple representatives answer the phone under different names every time. Support? Practically nonexistent. Working with them is a complete waste.

I just spoke to a customer rep at GoFo…

I just spoke to a customer rep at GoFo - I'm sorry but they are very unprofessional, interrupted every few seconds without letting me finish asking my questions and even started laughing every few seconds while I was getting agitated by the rep's behavior. I honestly don't understand why some companies use a company like GoFo which doesn't understand the first thing about good, professional service.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. Two vendors in the past used GoFo for our deliveries. One package never made it and the other was dumped 600 ft from the house out by the road in a ditch. Dogs found it first. Today sigh I discovered something I ordered last week was coming gofo. Per the tracking information "out for delivery" with today's date. No package. Well after calling them x2 it seems out for delivery means it will be here in 3 days. I will be very cautious in the future and double check that vendors are not using gofo. If so, I'll just shop elsewhere.

5:10 pm and the package was delivered to the house. Why wasn't gofo aware it was going to be delivered today instead of telling me 3 days?

I gave it a 2 rating as they are…

I gave it a 2 rating as they are supposedly working on my issue! On my security camera you can see the girl delivering my package and taking a picture of it on the porch. However, as I go further in the video you see the girl leave, then not a single person was up to my front door till we arrive shortly after, and low and behold NO PACAGE anywhere to be found on my entire property. Like it was there for the picture and taken back with the driver. I am in contact with them to get this straight. Something is definitely OFF!

I've been waiting on a very important…

I've been waiting on a very important package for a while and it finally said it was here today but when I went to the porch it was not there. It was not in the mailbox it was not on the bench where the picture was took. After I received the notification for delivery I went right out there and it wasn't there so I know there is no time for anybody to just walk up and grab it. It was the driver, absolutely positive it was the driver. I want my package and I want him to be reprimanded

GOFO IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!

GOFO IS A JOKE!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY. THEY SNAP A PHOTO OF YOUR PKG & THEN STEAL IT OR LEAVE IT AT AN INCORRECT ADDRESS ….AND .. WHEN YOU CONTACT THE COMPANY-PROVIDE “PROOF” OF THE INCORRECT ADDRESS! THEY ARE ADAMANT THAT THE DRIVER DELIVERED. DRIVERS + COMPANY ALL INCOMPETENT & IRRESPONSIBLE!!

Lost out on approximately 100$ worth of custom art

It said I had a package delivered and yet when I went to check there was nothing, I called support the next day and it gave me an ai person instead of a real one I have no idea where this package is now and I may have lost out on about 100$ cause of this. Yet at the same time it’s not anything worth reselling so I know damn well it wasn’t stolen. I hope they shut down. Companies shouldn’t be forcing their customers to talk to ai who can’t even spell your email address right your ai slop does not help anyone at all especially when it comes to lost packages. As for their website where I was told I can find a delivery photo, there wasn’t anything there and they didn’t have any data either. Even though I was told it was marked as delivered.

Horrible company

Horrible company, they opened my package stole my item than resealed with tape. I put a complaint in and they said all was compliant because box shows no damage.

Zero stars should be an option!!!!If…

Zero stars should be an option!!!!If you loose someone's package, it should be updated to show on the tracking map immediately!!!! If someone needs to dispute a charge due to a lost package that should show immediately as proof!!! It has been over a week no update!!!If I call customer and they tell me it is lost, but the tracking shows that it is out for delivery! That is a huge problem and needs some serious attention on the company end!!!

My package was delivered but not on my…

My package was delivered but not on my porch just a few feet from my gate where someone could just reach in and take it. Which what did happen. When I got home from work package wasn't there. Contact customer service and they emailed me back stating:( We have verified that the driver responsible for this order delivered the package and uploaded the correct delivery confirmation information. We believe the delivery proof uploaded by the driver is authentic.

You can ask the property manager or relevant person in charge to review the surveillance video.Please note that our responsibility ends upon successful delivery as confirmed by the proof of delivery (POD). We recommend that you contact the seller or the relevant platform customer service to further resolve the issue of the lost package). Not satisfied with this service. They should be held responsible for missing packages that there drive failed to place in a safe place.
