Half the items in the delivery seem to be missing

Update: second package was delivered two days later. No indication from seller there was two packages. This seems like a seller issue, not a GoFo issue.

Absolutely incompetent company

Absolutely incompetent company. After waiting for nearly 3 weeks to get my package with 0 updates on the track and trace, finally they say it's out for delivery. Then without any prior warning suddenly my package couldn't be delivered because my phone number was incorrect or missing? Which it wasn't? They even called me on said "missing" phone number to verify my address because something wasn't registering correctly? And I called them a few times to make sure where the hell my package even is?
So now I have to wait for another delivery schedule which could take another 3 work days (Great when you're postponing delivery until the end of the work week). For a package that has been in the destination country within a week of this whole ordeal, was in a facility not 45 minutes away from me and a delivery driver that could've maybe been 200ft from my house.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with GOFO Express.

The courier called me several times and asked me to come outside to collect my parcel. Every single time I went outside immediately and waited for him. However, he kept telling me that I was in the wrong place. Unfortunately, he spoke very little English and was never able to explain where he actually was. I tried calling him back several times, but even when he answered, he still couldn’t tell me his exact location.

I stayed outside the whole time and was watching every vehicle entering the area. The courier never came to my address.

A few minutes later, I received a notification saying that my parcel had been delivered. I immediately went to the parcel locker where it was supposedly delivered. As soon as I arrived, I took a photo before opening it. There were other parcels inside, but mine was nowhere to be found.

I also have my call history showing that the courier contacted me multiple times. Unfortunately, I do not have a recording of the calls, but the call log clearly shows our communication.

Because of this failed delivery, I also had my refund request rejected, even though I never received the package. This has been extremely frustrating.

I sincerely hope GOFO Express will investigate this case properly, locate my parcel, or provide appropriate compensation for what happened. I am still willing to cooperate and provide any additional evidence if needed.

I hope the company will take responsibility and help resolve this situation fairly.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. 3 times, they claim the 'bezorging is mislukt'. But staff were present to receive the parcel.
There is no possibility of picking up from a collection point. Thus a constant chain of waiting and receiving failed delivery messages.
Not recommended at all.

Does not actually deliver

As packages get stolen from the driveway often here, I asked GOFO to give the delivery person additional instructions. They said they would. I then recieved a questionnaire giving me the option to have the delivery person to leave the package 'around the house'. I selected 'proper delivery' instead.
A few days later, the delivery person drives up, steps out of the car, walks to the front door, puts the package down, gestures to the doorbell, and walks away. I get an alert that there is a person at the door from a security camera, I walk down, and intercept a neighbour who attempted to claim the package.

EDIT: GOFO asked for information in a response to this review, and I have provided this.

Throwing parcel in our backyard within 5 seconds of knocking our door

I had a bad experience with one of the staff. She rang our Ring doorbell and immediately left to go throw the parcel over our fence in the back garden without waiting for someone to open the door. I was in the house and I when I went outside, she was gone so I searched for her to see her walking back the street and told me that the parcel is in our backyard already. I re-checked the Ring camera and she was literally there by the door for 5 seconds and decided to better throw the parcel instead. What a way of delivery from this staff.

The most horrible post service I had to…

The most horrible post service I had to freaking deal with.

I have been waiting for my package for almost a month and every time I call they bring up a stupid reason.

One time they say it will be delivered tomorrow and the next we don’t know the delivery time.

It’s disgusting how horrible the service is.

Lost package bad service

When the delivery man delivered the package (10 June 4:13 PM), I was at work because I have a shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The tracking says the package was delivered to the address, but it's nowhere to be found. I didn't pick it up myself, and no one in my household picked it up either. The delivery man took photos of the door to show that the package was delivered. I was in the buildings next door, and the delivery man didn't deliver the package to them either. I was left without a parcel and without money because since that day I have not been able to locate the parcel.

I was supposed to receive a package on…

I was supposed to receive a package on Monday but I received an email saying that there was a problem with the delivery because there was no one home (NOTE: I WAS AT HOME)
Received the same email on Tuesday and Wednesday even having someone home to receive it. Despite 2 contacts with the client support trough the chat he said that the email I received was from Monday, i sent a print from the email I received on Wednesday and the worker simply says “that’s not on the system just wait” and ended the chat!
Every time i have a package delivered from GOFO is a problem! So yea I kindly suggest you to review your logistics and client support
PS: I still didn’t receive my package!
