Its good. Package arrived safely. But if it could be better we have a estimated time and where we want to put ( if we are outside).
Give an option like : back shed, neighbors, post box etc.

There are two places available to drop off packages in my building: a table for bigger parcels and the mailbox. They threw my package next to the trash where people throw away their empty packages.
I looked for it for ages just to realise it's on the ground.
Thank you for at least not putting it in the trash, I guess.

Absolutely incompetent company. After waiting for nearly 3 weeks to get my package with 0 updates on the track and trace, finally they say it's out for delivery. Then without any prior warning suddenly my package couldn't be delivered because my phone number was incorrect or missing? Which it wasn't? They even called me on said "missing" phone number to verify my address because something wasn't registering correctly? And I called them a few times to make sure where the hell my package even is?
So now I have to wait for another delivery schedule which could take another 3 work days (Great when you're postponing delivery until the end of the work week). For a package that has been in the destination country within a week of this whole ordeal, was in a facility not 45 minutes away from me and a delivery driver that could've maybe been 200ft from my house.

I had a very disappointing experience with GOFO Express.
The courier called me several times and asked me to come outside to collect my parcel. Every single time I went outside immediately and waited for him. However, he kept telling me that I was in the wrong place. Unfortunately, he spoke very little English and was never able to explain where he actually was. I tried calling him back several times, but even when he answered, he still couldn’t tell me his exact location.
I stayed outside the whole time and was watching every vehicle entering the area. The courier never came to my address.
A few minutes later, I received a notification saying that my parcel had been delivered. I immediately went to the parcel locker where it was supposedly delivered. As soon as I arrived, I took a photo before opening it. There were other parcels inside, but mine was nowhere to be found.
I also have my call history showing that the courier contacted me multiple times. Unfortunately, I do not have a recording of the calls, but the call log clearly shows our communication.
Because of this failed delivery, I also had my refund request rejected, even though I never received the package. This has been extremely frustrating.
I sincerely hope GOFO Express will investigate this case properly, locate my parcel, or provide appropriate compensation for what happened. I am still willing to cooperate and provide any additional evidence if needed.
I hope the company will take responsibility and help resolve this situation fairly.
