Nothing went wrong particularly. Its the length of time to get funds to your account. Example: we need milk and gas today. Donation was 2 days ago and havent gotten it. When your in need of help now, 5 days is a long time to wait for a deposit.

I donated a single amount to a woman in Gaza but when she thanked me and showed me pictures of food, she mentioned a monthly payment which was not what I agreed to . I contacted Go Fund Me who responded quickly to my concerns. When sending money to the victims of war it is always a little bit of a worry but I am confident in this charitable company. Thankyou.

GoFundme faced an unknown issue with paypal and despite asking them to make a change and pay the funds direct into the charity account they said it is not possible even though one adviser said it was possible. Avoid in future

The only thing I think I would change is that some people need to speak with a live agent.

My experience with this organisation was very disappointing. I donated €100 to support a campaign helping a little girl, but I later found out they had signed me up for a subscription and charged an extra €300 without my consent.

I had a smooth experience donating. The process was simple and quick. I also appreciated the transparency, and I hope my contribution helps people in need.

Helped me understand how the whole process go

Signing with GoFundMe was an awesome experience. I closed the account for personal reasons but I'd like to sign up again since my goal wasn't met and I wanted to help my son with his health concerns to fund his Meningioma treatment. I hope I am still welcome to open a new account.
