Flexibility

Flexibility with reasonable price.

However, the delivery was one day late. I have to text Gogoprint to find out. Gogoprint could be more proactive to inform me about the delay instead of for me to enquire.

Easy to use, prompt delivery

Easy to upload interface. They have a team to check for correct size, resolution of image etc. after which production is fast and so is delivery. You're informed of the progress at crucial steps.

Tip: make sure you read the instructions carefully and submit the correct size, resolution, colour palette, file format for smooth printing process

Fantastic Service and Super Prices!

The service staff at Gogoprint are amazing! Responsive, helpful and also take the initiative. The UI for their site is very easy to navigate and their prices are also very reasonable.

DIY ordering method, very affordable prices

DIY ordering method. It is easy to follow the steps on the website to make my order. When I need to ask more, I can use the WhatsApp chat and there will be someone to answer to my queries. I am attracted by the low prices, print and delivery is very affordable.

Easy to use order platform with many designs to choose from and easy upload option. After-sales and production team response was fast and efficient, and the progress of order fulfillment is updated in a timely manner. I am totally impressed by your high efficiency, professionalism, communication, quality of end product, everything.

I am totally impressed by your high level of professionalism and efficiency. You responded to my whatsapp query even though it was way past office hours, which I did not expect, answering many of my questions quickly and politely. After submission of artwork, to my surprise, you sent it back to me for amendment and approval before office hours! And even though I missed the deadline of approval by 30 min for one of the artwork, you very kindly delivered the end products on the same day, which I did not expect either. The printed quality was excellent too. Thank you for your support and kindness. Will highly recommend you to others.
