Personally I wouldn’t use go green gadgets again. I have used them twice. My first experience the iPod I sent was in worse condition than when I posted all wrapped up and therefore they paid nothing compared to what I was quoted. Then my second experience they quoted me for a great condition iPhone 15 over £300 then I only received £120 due to apparently a bad battery with an 84% battery health (it was 2 years old). I would have got them to send it back but many reviews suggested they had to chase multiple times and never received their item back. They also said they would pay same day as receiving, however I have had to wait over a week after they have received the item for my payment to arrive. Don’t recommend.

Agreed price and sent mobile phone. They received my mobile and said it was scratched so reduced price by £20 . I knew the phone wasn’t scratched but didn’t have photo evidence to confirm it so I agreed the price. Asked to remove from iCloud which I did and then got email to say my PayPal account wouldn’t accept money and asked for bank details. I queried PayPal because I sold something else and money came in instantly . Despite further chasing still not received any funds.
Please don’t do business with this company they are a scam!!!

This company scammed me out of a phone I sent in at the beginning of April offered me £250 when they got the phone they said it was faulty and offered me £50 I refused this they still have my phone I haven’t received any money they are robbers

Posted my phone last week.

Removed all iCloud etc from this.

Emailed once down to notify of completion to get the same generic email back numerous times not answering any of my questions.

Then providing me with another email address to contact and had no response.

Not received payment and going round in circles.

Avoid like the plague.
