I bought a king size mattress through them and when it arrived it was nothing like the photo or description and wanted what I had ordered. I emailed them to complain and at first they refused to help saying sometimes items differ to the photo but when I persisted they contacted the company who had provided & delivered the mattress. The merchant have advised if I want a refund or replacement I need to return it to them. They are not prepared to deliver the correct mattress and collect the wrong one. I would not recommend GoGroupie as a company to use. I certainly will never use them again,

Received the ipad mini 1. Doesn't even perform basic functions. Can't even sign into my gmail account. I enter my password and no response from sign in button. Haven't really gotten a response from any attempts to perform basic functions. Looks good on the outside but doesn't work. I guess I got what I paid for.

I ordered on June 20th and paid postage I still haven’t received my goods and am unable to track it

Good size pool for the garden easy to put up looks good and strong

I purchased a scale on 22nd of June up to now no update ‼️disappointed

Bought two Antiloss key trackers .. paid for postage charged for each one . neither one actually works

its never arrived a few other items i have ordered also take a long time to arrive

Item not arrived paid in full plus postage on 21st June, no correspondence feel been conned out of £114.99

I am finding it very difficult to leave any kind of review as l am still waiting for the product to be delivered, if it has not arrived in the next 3 days I will be asking for my money back including the postage I paid for

The storage arrived in a couple of days after ordering.
It has a metal frame to attach the side panels and doors.
The plastic panels of the side walls are thin, flexible and very lightweight.
It took a couple of hours to put together but got sturdier as each panel, edge support and fixing screw was added.
For the price it was fine but don't expect strong /thick side panels.

Plants arrived in good condition, well packaged and ready for me to plant them. Just needed a drink of water on arrival.

I ordered a bird of paradise plant, but received instead 2 very dry lemon plants. Have kept them as they needed planting and watering to survive, so have had to order another bird of paradise

I received a fresh, flourishing pack of healthy petunias, well packaged. Doing nicely!

I have ordered 4 phones the same Nokia,I know it says refurbished but 2 of them really scratches snd the 4th was not the Nokia 301 I ordered

The product is very good as result I odered some lights but something seems to have gone wrong lights have not been sent

Exceptional communication and trouble shooting. It is my first time using gogroopie. I was quite unsure of the process. Had a couple of postage complications. But all sorted out and I recieved my item within the despatch date. My item is perfect. Also a massive thank you to Natasha.

Product was a great price . Only found out once purchased that I had to be in to sign for it . Box came damaged , and one of the chairs was slightly damaged
