Avoid GoGroopie and Cloud9 Beds - bloody robbers!

I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased via GoGroopie. Personally, I think its a scam!
I purchased a voucher from GoGroopie and eventually the delivery arrived - I confirmed with the driver that it was the correct memory sprung mattress, I gave him £30.00 to remove the old one and he departed. On opening the packaging it was clear that it was defo not what I had ordered, the one delivered was an utter piece of cheap crap! I contacted GoGroopie who contacted Cloud9, who replied saying as I accepted it theres nothing more they can do.

Terrible delivery service.

I had no idea when it was arriving. I checked with Sutton Seeds and they said as soon as it was dispatched I could track it. No tracking no provided. had hospital appointments this week so I needed to arrange for somebody to be here. I found it on my doorstep which is on a main road by a bus stop. Lucky it was still there. The person who delivered it had not rung the doorbell they just left it. I will not be ordering again as I cannot afford to lose items I have paid £9.99 delivery for.
