AOIFE is amazing. She is so patient. I am a senior citizen and I have never planned any kind of-trip outside my own state let alone outside the US in my life. Needless to say I was very nervous about the whole thing.I am taking two of my adult daughters to Iceland and want everything to go as smoothly as possible.
Despite the fact that I ran into some issues with booking (holiday weekend banks closed till Tuesday, etc.) she never lost patience with me.
She keeps in touch, and responds in a timely fashion .
Has been flexible when I added some activities to our itinerary since our initial trick planning, and had been done. .>very accommodating.<. You can’t go wrong with AOIFE.

After much consideration, we decided to cancel a cruise from London to Iceland, after a search we chose Go Iceland Tours and we're connected with Kevin. Within 1 hour he had a rough itinerary, we had a phone call and discussed several more points of interest and just like that we now have a 7 day tour around Iceland. I can't say enough about Kevin's knowledge about Iceland and his willingness to add and change the itinerary to our likes. Thanks to Kevin we are now looking for an awsome vacation in Iceland.

Matt had all the answers to my questions. He seems to be genuinely interested in my trip. Matt has an upbeat attitude that is infectious, I felt confident in our choice of tour after every conversation with him. Matt returned calls quickly and was easy to communicate with. He knows his stuff, it's a pleasure dealing with him.

Hands down unarguably Aoife has been one of the best well educated and knowlagable travel assistance agents we have ever incountered,as we have traveled the world through our military lives.this young lady answered question we didnt know we had making things far less stressful than we thought.Going foward if we dont have Aofie befor we traval,than we wait.Thanks love you are Amazing/the best

So far kevin has been very helpful and responsive. When I have a question or concern he responds within 24 hours. Wish they helped with cruises
