I reported twice that my item has not been delivered 😒 and nobody got back in touch with me. I am absolutely heart broken to have lost £3600 worth of gold. The royal mail driver scribbled on his screen on my behalf and took a picture infront of a closed door. He did not post the item through the letter box.
