My first experience with bullion and I messed up my first order. What made this company outstanding was the way they sorted out the problem, the website would not let me pay one way but I hot the wrong button for an alternative and tried to back out.This did not cancel the order and there was a penalty but when I explained, Gold was good enough to cancel at once without penalty. M6 actual order was easy, well communicated, efficient and prompt and I was thrilled to see my first bar. It was sent securely with free insurance and I will be back. I did some research and found them to be long established, reliable and with a decent reputation, or in this world of scams, I would not have chosen them. Thank you Gold.

Very easy to use and efficient

I am waiting for a delivery (ref 1907106) since the 8th of January. The 2kg of silver are at DPD and you do not seem to be doing much about it. I want you to send me an other batch to my home and you deal with DPD for the one they are holding.

As always. Simple and efficient. Very Easy. Emails confirm, receipt, dispatched etc.
Although the Royal Mail was the let down. The did not ask for signature and they just dropped it through the letterbox.

Ordered some silver for storage than get emails about ID checks, completed all successfully, money went out of account, no issues than all of sudden get email that order is cancelled. joke of a company. rang few times been told someone will get back and still waiting. AVOID

Ordered a 1/4 onunce king Charles 2025 silver britannia. I do not believe it to be genuine. It lacks all the security features. Latent Image Located in the lower left, a small image should change from a trident to a padlock and Surface Animation: The background waves behind Britannia should move or roll when the coin is tilted, created by intricate, sub-micron laser engraving. Tincture Lines The Union flag on Britannia's shield should enhanced with fine, traditional tincture line as well as no Micro-text: A precise tiny inscription that reads "DECUS ET TUTAMEN is not visible. Non of these features are present. Gold. co. uk and bullion by post are one of same company.

Stay away from Gold.co.uk especially when you want to sell into them your precious metals etc..they try all kinds of delay tactics,"will ring you back shortly "

Honestly I had a guy on called Prav he miscounted my silver allocation by a mile 😂 these people can't even add up, young kids on the other end of the line that sound like they've just got out of bed..

The service was great as always but I find your premiums a little high comparatively to spot price.

Ordered the 27th of December still yet to receive my order and today is the 28th of January abit of joke considering I’ve rung the company up three times now to only be told someone will get back to me as soon as possible and emailed twice and to no avail still no answer of what on earth is going on, feel as though I’ve been scammed and that they’ve took my money and runaway if I was anyone else I’d avoid like the plague.
