Greeted at the door with a polite hand shake. Very interesting to watch how my gold was tested and explained what will happen when the liquid was applied, which proved which items were gold. No pressure to sell. I was surprised receiving £200 for odd earrings a necklace and a broken gate bracelet. Money was in my bank in two days.

Very efficient method to having your jewellery valued. I sat nicely in the cool in Gold Arthur’s vehicle whilst the bits I had brought along were assessed. Very well looked after by Jamie and some of what I’d brought along gave me a nice sum of money so I decided to sell. Would thoroughly recommend

Very friendly and convenient, but the offer was over half of what it was actually worth! I went straight back to a jewellers who’d offered me over £1000 more. Be cautious as I sadly think they are not fair with their prices.

I met with Darren and Kerry (Team Staffordshire) earlier in the week at Morrisons, Leek and the whole process was very smooth and easy. They hit the right balance of being professional and friendly. At no point did I feel pressurised or rushed. I took some old jewellery that has been languishing in a jewellery box for many years, unworn and unloved. I was given a fair price which I accepted and as promised the money is now in my bank account.

Shuayb at gold Arthur made me feel comfortable straight away as I was nervous to sell my gold and he explained the process through out. Money was in my bank in 2 working days really pleased with what I got and cant thank Shuayb enough for his professionalism,service and of course putting my mind at ease. Ackrem was welcoming and friendly.
He told us about the company and explained how the system worked.
I had two amounts of jewellery for different people and he was happy to quote separately for them.
I decided to sell one set and was happy with the price offered.
Ackrem was not at all pushy and prepared to give us time to think about the offer he had made.
I didn’t realise he could silver as well which was a bonus.
It was easy and I look forward to receiving the payment in my bank account in the next few days

It was really great seeing Lucas and he waited for me as I was a bit late and when I arrived he was so nice , patient and friendly- he took his time and really went through everything with me and didn’t pressure me - I was so happy and had a lot of trust in him so I will be coming again for sure 🙏🏽
