Golden Eagle always manage to help me find nice flats in London and everyone is so profoundly.

Luxury London stay 😍. Came for a weekend in London, stayed in the most beautiful flat in the best location.

We can’t say enough about Oleksandra and the staff at Golden Eagle! We had a host from a DIFFERENT company cancel our weekend reservation less than 24 hours before our checkin! We contacted Golden Eagle and they were quick to help and find something that fit our needs and answered all our questions!

Oleksandra met us upon promptly upon checkin, showed us around the flat and made sure we were all settled. She was kind to give us reservations for places around the area. We were extremely grateful for her help, professionalism, but mostly her kind welcoming greeting after our trip getting to London.

The flat was very clean and well furnished and met our needs perfectly! You can tell that it was recently redone to a high standard. We felt safe and secure within the building and flat! The location close to the Marble Arch and tube station was perfect! Close enough to walk many places, but great to jump on the tube for a longer adventure or after a full day out! There is construction currently going on in the building, but must start a bit later and end early as we heard nothing in the morning or evening and we’re out all day. It did not affect our stay in the least bit!

We would not hesitate to rent again from Golden Eagle! Thank you Oleksandra and team for making what was originally a very stressful weekend to one that enjoyable and stress free from the first welcoming smile to the closing of the doors!

It was such a pleasure to be assisted by Oleksandra to assist me with a rental in central London. She made the process very easy, comfortable and was flexible with viewing arrangements as I got the days mixed up. She was friendly, kind and patient throughout the process and I am so grateful for her support and assistance. I am looking forward to moving into my new place soon!

Is creepy Shabaz still there? Vile slimeball. As you left your room for work, creepy Shabaz was in, using the downstairs security cameras. Taking a shower and the creep was in there. Had to wait until he left the room before I could get out of shower. Absolute bunch of criminals. Looking to steal from your deposit, for an old wardrobe ( about 25 years old) claiming we had damaged it,,,, the contents of that room were fit for the skip. Did not let them deduct though. Threatened them with an authority inspection, soon shut them up. Play dirty back like them. Absolute criminals. AVOID THESE SLEAZY LOT

I had a great experience with this agency from start to finish. As soon as I contacted the website advertising the flat, Maria replied very quickly and was always extremely responsive. She is very friendly, professional, and truly tried to fulfill my needs by recommending several suitable properties. After that, Damiano showed me some excellent options in a very good area. He was also very friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the viewings a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this agency and would especially like to thank both Maria and Damiano for their excellent support.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but they deserved it
I had a very bad experience, they will never respect any deal (no even a written one) and they will try to steal as much as possible from your deposit. If you are in process of rent, run away. If you are already take as much proof as possible or they will steal from you
I am forced to sue them to get my money back.
