I ordered on may 8th and i have not received my package. It is being held at a post office because, after being 5 days late on sending, it then got stuck in transit, where i initiated a trace. I initiated a trace afyer 14 days from order. Because i traced my package it is now being held and cannot be picked up for 3 days. I will never be purchasing anything from golden hour again and i will be telling my friends and everyone who will listen to not purchase from a company who lies about when they send out packages.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with—they are a disaster of biblical proportions.
They scammed me, and then tried to deceive me.
Needless to say, they kept my money, and I never received the product.
Yup, This is a company who steals from veterans who needs this product.
I supose they only care about money.

Horrible service! Took 12 days to get my flower. Generic email responses when I would question when I would receive. I gave them 3 chances....NO MORE! Oh and there is no way of contacting them, other than email which I don't like.

Expect consistent wait times of up to a week, sometimes more, to even get your order shipped. Golden Hour loves to play this game where they mark orders as “shipped” even though they haven’t actually delivered the item to USPS, and probably won’t for several days. I guess they think people don’t notice which is hilarious, or maybe they just don’t care. I’ve had items in “pre-shipment” for up to 8-10 days before, they even tell you your order has been “fulfilled” when it absolutely hasn’t. I would rather get a heads up that my order will be late than be lied to about my purchase. And believe me - they WILL lie to you. I mean, how else can they dupe people into believing they’re a prompt and efficient company? Their product is cheap in quality and price. So you get what you pay for I guess, even though it might take weeks to months.

i have had multiple purchases from Golden hour hemp my product always arrives in a timely mannor i had one order that product was very dry but their customer service is top knotch they sending a replacement and gave me some credit towards my next purchase they turned my bad first time experience into a i can go again and everytime since then product has been good price and on point thank you Golden Hour Hemp much appreciated

This will be my third time ordering. I always get the broad and full spectrum distillate, and isolate. The distillate is smooth and earthy and doesn't scratch your throat like some of the other products out there. You will not find a better priced distillate, isolate or moon rocks.

My package went missing and their support refused to resolve my issue! Avoid this store, they are an outright scam!

I have ordered twice from here thca diamonds and blueberrie muffin batter. Great products and I'm an everyday all day smoker and I still get a really great effect. I was also surprised because of all the reviews saying it takes forever mine came in 4 to 6 days from ordering it.

I purchased a total of 12 carts or so. Only 8 of them actually worked. The other four said no atomizer. I also purchased like 3000 mg of their water soluble powder. All of them taste disgusting. Go to mellow fellow.

fair prices. That being said, thca hemp is very terrible when compared to other sources of thca cannabis. I only buy hemp because I am apparently mentally ill and an alcoholic lmfao. I got brainwashed by THCO. This place doesn't sell THCO and the prices are fine for what it is. Tastes clean compared to other hemp stores so I guess it is passable. The thca carts are almost impossible to burn without heating them somehow. I've done countless preheats. I do not know how thca hemp is grown and prepared but they (the industry itself) cannot be telling the truth. That or it is simply grown and prepared at much "cheaper" standards. I never should have got on hemp and just stuck with the local (physical storefront - started as Marijuana) dispensary. Been toking 18 years. I will put the other day as the experience considering I took one of the last tokes I was able to muster from a cart then.

Very happy with my order. I’ve ordered twice. I bought 50 grams of diamonds, 50 grams of isolate and a quarter pound of flower. I am very satisfied. Good quality and good price. I will order again.

Ordered on Feb 28, and nows it's March 5, and has not shipped. They do not honor there sales on this website. I will never order from this company again.

Offered a coupon code then took 11 days to reach out about my order saying they would not fulfill it. I had already paid for the order 11 days prior without any information.

Buyer beware! Golden hour hemp will charge your account and never mail out any product. When I contacted their customer support they told me it's because their coupon codes were expired, however my order went through their system and I was charged for it. At this point I still have not received a refund. This is inexcusable and criminal activity and I have reported them to the bbb, attorney generals office, the FTC, and disputed the charges with my bank. I am posting this everywhere I can find to try to save others from these crooks.

Took five days business days to reply to tell me my order cannot be processed because I used a discount code that they emailed me and strictly stated was a stackable discount. The thing is I didn’t even stack discount codes. They had a discount running on their own site. Great looking site and some ok reviews but they aren’t real, horrible service

The product it self is good, the problem is they put things 50% off or allow promo codes to be used and if you get a good deal they will NOT honor it. Your order will say being processed until you reach out to costumer service then they will cancel your order with no explanation and tell you to reorder it. When you do, you will notice the price jump up by a large amount even tho you ordered the same items. Shady and lying company, and who ever Megan is is zero help as far a costumer service.
