I placed an order and received a nice discount due to a sale they had going on. The next day received an e-mail stating that my order would take an extra day or two to package.

A week later I followed up and my order was cancelled. I was lied to and told te code I used was for "new customers only". My brother used the same code and received his order. I also received an e-mail immediately after placing this order that included the same code.

Their prices are misleading. They will directly lie to you. The customer service person, Megan, told me my order had been cancelled and refunded as if it had happened automatically, when in reality she was the one who cancelled my order when I followed up about their delay. It's blatantly obvious that they had a pricing error on their end and instead of admitting it or honoring it like an honorable business, they tell several lies and the ghost.

I'll be sure to give my hard earned money to more honest hemp growers moving forward.

Terrible customer service!! Never received product it was lost in mail. Was told to "wait it out". Don't spend your money with this company.

This spot is the real deal. I’ve been smoking top tier concentrates for years now. I have to say I was soooooo surprised by how not only effective but amazing this stuff is. Everything that I’ve ordered from them is always great. The actual flower you can find better options. But the moon rocks. snow balls and snow caps are the best I’ve ever had. Period! And their concentrates like the diamonds and live rosin are 🔥. If your thinking twice don’t it’s too good to be true I know. But it’s true!

1st time I ordered from them I get a message saying to allow more time i got it in about 8 days. This order i put in on Saturday and got an email today saying that they are waiting on stock. How do you sell someone something you dont even have thats not only bad business but it just makes you look bad in general. I already told them if they cannot have it shipped by 5pm tomorrow when the last time I can mess with my card until Monday im putting stop on it and just cancel my order. I have never ordered from a company who has said we dont have the stock in right now why the hell is it on your page if its not in stock. I will not be doing anymore business with this company if I were you I wouldn't either. Not to mention that I messaged them 3 mins after they emailed me and I won't hear anything from them for a couple days.

Absolutely garbage!! They just ripped my off for $221 order#103627 a straight 1/4 of thca bud? I received nothing!!! You have been warned!!!

I’m so confused. Sometimes they are amazing sometimes they are awful. They won’t reply to emails and they double filled my last order

Package was lost, but marked delivered by USPS. After nearly two weeks of waiting and emailing customer service, the final verdict is that I just don't get to have my package. GoldenHourHemp refused any sort of accomodations that would help me recover my lost money or product. Very disappointed. Will be looking into different options, even if it costs more

Was good at first but once I had an order that was messed up they will not respond to you at all. I emailed three different places even ones in the company that weren’t customer service and no response they can send you whatever and they don’t care cause they don’t respond so I was stuck with product I didn’t order

No stinking way would I ever order from these incompetent uncaring individuals. They sent me the wrong order they did not send me what I ordered of course no response no response. I've read all of the other reviews and they sound just like mine is going to sound. You're lucky if you get your product at all but it's going to take two plus weeks to get anything. They don't respond to emails they don't care about their business get the word out to stop using them! I use Boston Hemp If you order before noon they ship same day and it's great stuff and great price!!! I'm never coming back here. If I could leave less than one star I would. Incompetency is a big pet peeve of mine and I just can't deal with it. Along with taking people's money and not sending them their product, pretty evil in my opinion.

I love their products, great quality even better prices, the only reason I'm putting a 4 instead of a 5 star is because this last order i had 2 jars of concentrate come in smaller sizes then I paid for, but I've contacted customer service, if they correct this mistake then yes full 5 stars, if they dont, then still 4 stars I've ordered from then many times and never had an order wrong before, everyone makes a mistake from time to time, they still have killer good products

Ive updated to 5 starts because the fully fixed their mistake and their customer service got back to me on the holiday!!! Great company!!

I placed an order with them and didn’t receive everything in my package.. I reached out to them about it and they asked for a photo of what I received.. sent the photo and 5 days later nothing.. they say 1-3 days for delivery and orders over 100 will take 5-6 days.. get ready to wait 2 weeks or more for your order.. they take forever to respond back to you if you have a problem and you can only get ahold of them through email.. They do ship it well packed and all.. just takes them 10 days or more just to get your order ready and then another 3-5 days for delivery ..

Ordered golden papaya vape. Let me just say this little vape offers a powerful punch. I will for sure be buying again. Only issue I had was with how long it took to get. But definitely worth the wait.

Urgent I received the wrong order I’ve sent multi messages via email, social media no response. I need someone to contact me! This is insane!!

Waited nearly a week to fulfill order, went to awaiting shipment then they cancelled it and kept my money. 🤷🏻‍♂️ still havent got a response back ive messaged through the site ive emailed customer service and orders ive triple verified all my info. I feel robbed.
