Took way to long to process, then 3 day's after the three days of processing they finally shipped. So it melts before getting here because they took so long to get everything ready. Stay away from these scam artists

Only ordered twice but The THCa diamonds have been great. Price is hard to beat.

Absolute garbage company. Terrible products and EVEN WORSE customer service! I was sent bad product and the distillate i ordered was like 20 grams short. Don’t waste your money here and especially your time. I have been dealing with Megan in customer service since June I was promised a replacement and $50 credit for the trouble (i did not ask for this) She then proceeded to take back the credit the proceeded to try to void the replacement as well afterward DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT INDEFINITELY! I will be posting a long negative video review on my hemp reviews channel as well going more in depth of the emails and product pictures watch till the end as I will be providing in depth analysis as to why you should avoid this company as well as providing five other sites with much better products to better spend you money!

As always I am completely happy with my order. I love the diamond infused prerolls, and the snowballs remind of tbe black Afghani hash we got in the 70s. And the diamonds are great. I’ve never had an issue with any product we’ve ordered. I weigh every shipment of diamonds and its always on point. Sometimes delivery is slow though.

They had good weed and snow caps I'm trying there concentrate next but they seem legit so far and I live in Oregon a legal state thca is real deal

I ordered a thca vape and two grams of thca diamonds. I got the package within a few days.
When I open the package the only thing in it was The thca vape. So the only thing I can really comment on is the THCa of vape.
Very smooth clean tasting but does not deliver a punch of any kind whatsoever.

I ordered some THCA Diamonds. They were delivered, I tried it out. I was very impressed with it. Much better than what I get in the Boston area.
I definitely will do business with them again.

I ordered some higher priced flower from this company, and it was absolutely awful. In fact, the worst product I have received from any vendor, ever, and that is comparing it to flower at 1/4 of the price. It looked alright, but immediately had a moldy/chlorophyll type smell as soon as it was opened. That smell translated into taste, and even a small amount mixed with other flower caused the entire batch to just smell and taste like mold/bad cure. It is the first product of this type I've received from anywhere that basically just had to be thrown away.

I emailed customer service, who initially said that they hadn't received any other negative feedback and asked some of the given questions; how does it look? did you break it open? etc. I also provided pictures (visually it looked Ok, other than being much more "white" in the center than most other flower I've seen).

After providing all of the info, pics, etc they just didn't respond.

I found around that same time that there WERE other reports on the quality of that item on Reddit, as well as a review on their own site that was critical but must have been subtly enough to make it through the "review" process.

As I had essentially been ghosted, I simply went to give a review for the product on their site. This was a normal review - it wasn't ranting, and didn't even cast light on the company itself. I found that those reviews were not being approved, and it was obvious that they were simply approving what few positive ones came through.

In summary:
1) Awful product
2) Customer service ghosted
3) Clearly curates the reviews to cut out negative ones.

It talked me in circles and never solved my problem. My concentrate came in all destroyed and I tried reaching out to get support. They shipped concentrate to the wrong address on file, but the order to the second address arrived in poor condition as well and the customer service bot just wants to keep talking me in circles instead of refunding me. I get the replacement tomorrow but I cant imagine it wont also be destroyed.

They dropped the ball on my order by failing to ship it, then lied to me about the carrier probably being at fault. Impossible, when the order was never fulfilled or shipped. When I questioned the status of the order, I was issued a refund with no explanation or information. Will buy from a truthful competitor of theirs from here forth.

Ordered a bulk amount of distillate. Was short about 5-10 grams per 50g jar. Ended up totaling 48 grams short. I’ve sent detailed emails, various photos with multiple scales to show the issue exactly. No one has responded with any reasoning or action to correct the situation. Strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.

Ordered 10g of their thca distillate, shipping speed was okay. Took about 7 days to show up. And let me tell you, their thca distillate WRECKED me. They know how to make their distillates. Their flower is a little expensive based off their competitors like bay smokes, but I’m only here for their distillate. They make your order when you order it, so your product isn’t sitting out for ages before you buy it.
I will be buying from these guys again. They are a small business and have only gotten 30,000 orders since they launched, but I’ll be a repeat customer. Their distillate is fire 🔥☄️ I didn’t have the 1 star experience that others are reporting on here. They were great with me 🤷

Fast shipping, no issues with the contents, and the packaging is smell proof.

I know for a fact they have raised their prices in the last 2 weeks so they can “ discount “ their sorry thca products for 420. Sleazy tactics.

I made a purchase last week, but when it arrived all my products were smashed. It looked liked the Ups carrier used my pkg as a soccer ball ⚽️ lol So I reached out to Customer Service and they shipped me out a new oder the following day which I was extremely grateful for!! I recieved my new pkg today and let's just say I'm extremely happy 😊 Thx GHH!! I highly recommend their Thca Diamonds!! You cannot beat these prices and the quality is the same if not better than expensive diamonds they sell at my local dispensary for 80 bucks for 1g

I made a purchase and received a empty jar, no product in it at all,WOW and that's not all it doesn't have any way to contact them other than email witch sucks when you have a issue with your order, I will not ever use them for anything again!

I’ve lost count on how many orders i’ve made before writing this review, but happy to report ghh has the best prerolls and diamonds i’ve had so far. I just tapped into their wholesale because i liked them so much and i am happy with that as well. As long as the product doesn’t change for the worse they have a long term customer from me!
