Good quality gear

Some teething issues, the wrong cap was sent out and there were delays in exchanging. Jack was quick to reply and deal with things however. Quality of the items is good though and I’ll buy some more. Can’t expect Amazon level service from a start up, but there’s room to improve.

I can see that your order was dispatched within 48 hours of being placed via your chosen delivery method which was Royal Mail Tracked 48. Unfortunately it does seem that your local Royal Mail depot is experiencing delays in processing this parcel, as it has not updated since being scanned a few days ago.

Great tops

Ordered 2 but different sizes, when one was out of stock the first one was sent quickly so I didn’t miss a birthday. The 2nd followed quickly. All emails were answered promptly and customer service was excellent. Product is great value and recipients both say they are comfortable and well made. Would highly recommend!

Quick delivery and great price

made an order of 6 shirts and they threw in a free gift! next day delivery which is perfect as it was a last minute decision before a golf trip.

Returns beware

If you need to return anything, please pay more for tracking. I paid £4.00 to return a shirt for exchange,which has gone missing. No exchange, no shirt and no return . £40 down . Returns for exchange still have to be paid for , even when the company sent the wrong size !
EDIT.. The customer service from Golf Bro cannot be faulted , they reply straight away to my queries .Apparently I ordered a small by mistake so I’m at fault in the first instance.

I’m still waiting for confirmation from our warehouse team that your parcel has been received, and I’ll update you as soon as I have news.

After reviewing your order, I can confirm the size sent was the size you selected (Small). I’ve attached a screenshot of the order for reference and sent this to your email. On our website, we do recommend using a tracked service for returns to avoid issues, but I’ll be speaking with our developers to ensure this is made even clearer for future customers.
