Companies like this are why I often hate shopping online.
Received counterfeit items (which obviously wasn’t advertised) - I emailed straight away and said I would be returning. Emails initially ignored. I was then emailed to say I could keep the item and they offered me 20% discount - I went back and explained I didn’t want to keep the hoodie and wanted to return.
I have sent around 6/7 emails - these are either ignored or I receive the same templated response I did initially.
Absolute con of a company - and I’m now down a significant chunk or money.

My Raplh Lauren hoodie is so comfortable, Shipping was longer than I'd hoped, but customer service kept me updated.

Counterfeit items that come from China company make out they are in the U.K.. phone numbers are as fake as the clothes they portray as authentic. Ralph Lauren tracksuit men’s medium actually wouldn’t fit a 10 year old ! Shocking quality !

Do not purchase from this company. The item I received was the wrong size and a Chinese counterfeit item. The offer from Golfcai was a 20% discount. They are now not responding to any emails.

Do not buy from this site. I in good faith bought what I thought was a Ralph Lauren Gorham gilet in Black Friday sales. The order went through but my son was suspicious of the price so checked on here saw the bad reviews . So while my payment was still pending I asked mu bank to retrieve the payment from going through and emailed to cancel my order, it hadn't been processed or shipped. They ignored my cancellation request and instead escalated the processing and retook the payment againgst my request and my banks request for them not to attempt to take payment again. It shipped and they took the money anyway. Since receiving and discovering the poorly sewn 'FAKE' Ralph Lauren gilet...Golfcai have ignored my emails to get a refund and for return details. They are selling fake merchandise and do not want to refund you at any cost.
I have reported them for selling fake designer goods and my bank has passed this on to be investigated.
I know this is fake because I then ordered from the Ralph Lauren website direct and the difference in the the Gorham gilets was night and day...the fake is a much cheaper material not filled with the same quality...pockets are atrociously sewn with cheap nylon pocket inserts with holes whete stitching has been missed, the original pockets are stitched in flush to the jacket with a soft brushed lining. The labels on fake are stitched badly and not alined where as the original is stitched beautifully and alined exactly. So many things wrong with The Fake Ralph Lauren Gorham gilet from Golfcai and thats againgst the original from the designer website direct.
Please do not purchase from this fraudulent site. I would give it no stars if I could

Not replying to emails think I have been scammed goods not delivered no response to emails site needs to be blocked

Absolutely shocking, had I known this company sold fake products I wouldn't have bothered!! Stitching is shocking and looks shit!! So close to Christmas aswell. Absolutely disgusting of them to sell products at those prices and pass them off as genuine.

Very slow delivery unresponsive to enquires. Goods arrived yesterday and look fake ,zip dosent stay fastened and the construction is cheap and nasty. I've emailed and I'm still awaiting a reply. My product was a "J Lindeberg gilet",there is no way J Lindeberg would put their name to such poor quality. They give a London address or should I say 2 London addresses with phone numbers that are both unresponsive. The goods come from China and from what I read on trust pilot have to returned there at the cost of the customer. 100% rip off merchants, shop pay who i paid through should remove them . I suspect any positive reviews on trust pilot to be fake too ,as they are gushingly over the top in praise of these cowboys. Avoid at all costs. Eventually recieved a reply from them on the 14th December offering 20 % discount as "a gesture of goodwill" ,for a fake gilet with a zip that doesn't fasten and telling me I could even keep the gilet. I have no chance of a refund and my bank won't help because I am in possession of the piece of rubbish they sent me.## update 19/12 if anyone has paid by visa credit /debit ask your issuer to use charge back. I did my gilet had a faulty zip. Golfcai were very quick to respond (within 24 hours)to this asking
me to cancel the charge back request telling me id recieve my goods soon. I have yet to get a response from after rejecting a 20%discount from them and requesting a full refund 5 days ago. Update 12/1/25 I got a full refund through my bank using visa chargeback this can be used for dispute using both visa debit and credit cards. I told my bank the goods were fake and I refused to pay postage to return postage to China for a company that was claiming to be UK based. Hopefully everyone can do the same and shut these fraudsters down.

Awful! Needed to return a hoody, as it was too small (supposedly a men’s medium) but fitted my 13 year old daughter who is a size 6. Furthermore the item was fake and poor quality. I just wanted to return the top with a full refund, they are not complying and insisting I send the hoody back to China.

Stay away!!! They appear as a legitimate website, and frustratingly they were high up on a Google search for a Ralph Lauren hoodie. However, the goods are fake and come from China. When I discovered this, I requested a refund. They have ignored me. Now having to raise a dispute with my bank.

I have just received my 2 Ralph Lauren zip hoodies don’t know what say what a disgrace they are so fake the zips are plastic and the material is market material not even good copies that you will wear I cannot stress enough what a scam of a company, they have come saying made in Vietnam and they don’t even fit the sleeves are so short and for the price they are worth is about £4.00 each if that the material is so cheap and they said they have been authenticated and are real doesn’t take a genius to see straight away how fake they are DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY especially Ralph Lauren stuff Christmas present has been ruined

I ordered a Ralph Lauren polo shirt from GolfCai, and it took about three weeks to arrive, Honestly the wait was worth it because the quality is impeccable. Great service overall!

Fakes, Fakes, Fakes. Avoid. Can't get a reply for a refund

I am currently trying to get a refund and their customer service is appalling. I read the other reviews after I had purchased when I was worried about the slow delivery and lack of communication. I then read several reviews that the items are fake and if they do arrive it will take weeks and that they are coming from China. I have e-mailed 3 times in the last 24 hours and have not had a reply as yet. They only reply I have had after asking for a refund said 'Why you want refund?' I plan to report them to the Trading Standards. They are selling fake items and the company is not based in London as it says on their website. They are based in China. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
