DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...
I purchased a Ralph lauren jacket and When it arrived it was clearly fake and the sizing was ridiculous. I asked to return it which they refused and told me as a good will they would offer me 20%off next purchase.... NO THANKS!! Not impressed. Just wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Fake goods , shipped from China, poor quality & too small, tried to cancel the order after seeing reviews on here but was told I was too late.
Goods arrived, very poor quality. Returns are in China, not London, or their UK fulfillment Centre. Despite that, I paid £13 to return, still waiting for a refund. Stay clear.

My son purchased a Ralph Lauren jacket. Upon arrival the jacket was quite obviously fake (logo / sizing / colour). I contacted them asking to return.
They in turn offered a 20% refund as a "gesture of goodwill" which we declined. I tried calling - the number on the website doesn't work. All data on the website refers to a UK address but the company is actually shipping from China and wants the goods returning back there in order to get a full refund. Dodgy scammers getting money off hard working kids.

Received an unsatisfactory response today to my request for an order update.

As a result I have requested a full refund, let’s see if they do value their customers and their own reputation…

Didn’t receive my order for ages, when it arrived it was the wrong order. I was advised that the correct item would be sent however i have had no correspondence since nor have i received the item i have paid for.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM - SIZES TOTALLY MISLEADING. THEY DON'T REFUND OR EXCHANGE. NOW LOGGED WITH BANK, ACTION FRAUD AND EVERYBODY ELSE I CAN COMPLAIN TOO.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with GolfCai, which, quite honestly, felt like a complete sham. After they sent the wrong item, they offered to send the correct shirt, let me keep the incorrect one, and refund 20%. Despite confirming this, nearly a month has passed, and I’ve received neither the replacement shirt nor the promised refund. Attempts to follow up were met with vague and unprofessional responses, leaving me with no clear resolution. Overall, their poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and lack of customer care have made this an experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. BTW they operate and communicate / reply on Asia time lines which indicates they are Asia based - certainly not UK.(certainly raises many questions including authenticity of product) - Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

selling counterfeit goods!! avoid at all costs! website is dodgy as well. please dont waste your money. also the company has a compulsory strike off issued 2 weeks ago.

I was sceptical after placing order of 2 ralph lauren cable jumpers then reading the reviews. The 2 jumpers are fine they could be seconds but really good ones. Recently purchased over £500 in ralph lauren Swindon outlet and I would say they sell factory seconds too. I was disappointed when I got home to find two polo's which I paid over £200 for did not have the dovetail at the back which when I see people wearing t-shirt like that I assume they are wearing fakes. In a nutshell if you wear RLs polo and they are classic fit not(slim/custom) then you will be good with a medium in the jumpers. All tags are representative of what you would purchase from a outlet I would go as far as saying (again) outlets aren't much better

My delivered took much longer than expected, but in the end, I got my items. Not counterfeit like some people say. I just think the store should be clearer about the shipping times

Was sceptical after reading all these reviews but was absolutely fine. Essentials hoodie very much real and legit and came within a week. Don’t be put off by the reviews.

I ordered a Fear of god hoodie which has arrived. I paid for quick delivery and still waited a couple weeks to arrive. The material is very poor and before wearing it washed it and a large hole has now developed. Trying to make contact but no answer yet. Currently filing a claim against them. Please dont order from here

Bought some supposedly, Lindeberg trousers for £79
They took nearly two weeks to arrive and they turned out to be poor quality fakes! I've been totally scammed.
Avoid like the plague!

They changed their name from Golfcai to Onfave.

They deliver fake goods from China and aren’t even good at it. Their English in emails is poor, and they’ve filled their website with fake reviews. Clicking on the reviews doesn’t do anything—they’re just images showing a 4.5/5-star rating.

I will be grateful to have received a refund, as I don't expect to recieve my items.

I know they're reading this and won't reply - I hope you get caught.

I couldn't be more pleased with my order! The hoodie is superb soft and fits perfectly. The attention to detail is incredible, and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Fake! Fake! FAKE!
I already have this exact same jumper bought from a shop. Like it so thought I'd get another at bargain price. Material subpar and the logo looks less convincing than a £10 note with an image of crusty the clown on it. Oh and deliver took an eternity too!

Absolutely appalling company, delivering fake goods from China. Poor customer service and lead times. I purchased two golf shirts which were both fake and also the wrong size. Will definitely never use them again and recommend everyone to avoid this company like the plague!!!!

I Want to cancel my order and receive a refund and no reply

Customer service is very slow. When order finally arrived for two grips only one was shipped. Total fake too. Now all of a sudden the slow service is non existent.

Do not use!
