We paid to play at higuera golf club and when we got there they said they dont work with golfscape and made us pay again. We have asked for a full refund and are waiting for their response. I feel like they are a scam.

They don’t have a phone number or WhatsApp to contact…

Booked a Round of golf and a Beach villa in Vietnam with Golfscape. Paid the deposit.
Then booked air tickets and transport. Golfscape then said no Beach Villa available and would have to down grade to Garden. Unable to cancel airline tickets. Beach Villa was to allow family to enjoy Ocean front while golfing. Poor form to take and charge a booking when product is not available. Multiple emails to ask for Beach Villa denied. Multiple emails to ask for a full refund. Eventually email stating refund in the works.
Would not recommend.

I booked a tee time with golfscape web at Puerto Los Cabos. Somehow I made a big mistake by booking a wrong date. I intended to book a tee time in January someday. However I wrongly booked the tee time on the second day which fell into the cancelling limitation that I could not modify the tee time. I sent a email to golfscape company for help. Mr. Stefan Katter got the email when he started work and he immediately sent me a very nice email while he reached out on behalf of me to contact with the golf course to correct my tee time for me. His nice email greatly relieved my anxiety. Thank you very much Stefan!

Booked and paid for a tee time on 28th October to play on 8th November . Informed on 4th November that the 8th November tee time was not available. Was offered a tee time on 8th November at a time I couldn't make. No attempt made to find a tee time at the time I wanted on a similar course. From my personal experience i have zero confidence in their booking system and also their desire to help you out when there is a problem.

Terrible after sale service. Booked West Lancashire 1:39pm on 22 Oct 2024. But our golf clubs got stolen on 20 Oct 2024. Wrote in to ask for help eg adjust tee, rental clubs etc. got an email reply to use “manage booking” to change if it is more than 24hrs to game. However, when I use the feature, it says no refund and cannot change. Thereafter Golfscape went silent and didn’t reply any of my follow up questions or email.

In the end, I wrote to the club and they were so much more helpful to assemble 4 sets of almost mint condition rental club. Was also able to adjust for earlier tee time. Also found out it is cheaper to book directly with the club.

I usually do not care to write reviews but I felt compelled here because it made trying to book a harmless round of golf with my buddies a stressful nightmare.

DO NOT USE! I booked a round from my phone with Heron Lakes golf course using a google search. The very first option i saw was “book online” from google, which I did and the book online link seemed to be tied to golf club, come to find out that I was not on Heron Lakes site (i find this out later), instead it was GolfScape.com. I Booked for 3 people at 11:30am on Saturday from my mobile. Fee’s for 3 players on the actual site would have been $136 dollars (finding this out after calling the club, will get into this in a bit), I got an immediate charge to my credit card for $174, i then get a text from the club 1 day before my tee time stating they moved my tee time 40 mins later which i was not happy about. So i call the club and they said that because I booked through a third party (Golfscape), the time they showed available was not actually there anymore on the actual clubs site. On top of that they told me I’d still need to pay for my tee time as I was showing as not paid yet. Somehow Golfscape charged me for what would almost be 4 players which I have a confirmation for 3, I'm being completely up-charged with the fees not making any sense at all!

I’ve disputed this now with my bank, but the hassle of all all this was such a pain in the ass. And I didnt even know I was using Golfscape to begin with. BE CAREFUL BOOKING if you are not on the actual golf club site. They disguise it to look like they’re whatever golf club you are trying to book with. Will charge you far more than what you think. Total Scam!!!

This site is such a joke.

Booked a 6:30AM tee time in Scottsdale, they took my money, sent a confirmation email that it was reserved, I showed up to the course and 630AM was not even an option for a tee time, the course had a 6:25AM, or a 6:34AM... my name was on neither of those times. Refunds say they take 90days. This company is a total scam. DO NOT USE THEM

I booked a round of golf at Machrihanish Golf Club in Scotland. I made an error and booked on the day have tickets to the practice round at the 2024 Open Golf Championship, so I was ready 6 weeks+ in advance to go to cancel my tee time on that day, and switch for another day. This is where the fun begins

The online agent confirmed me to that the tee time had been canceled. Perfect. Then, later that day tells me that the golf course, Machrihanish Golf Club, will not accept cancellations for my tee time. I have never seen a golf course, 6+ weeks out, no accept a cancellation. I found the email of the club pro (Jennie Dunn) and emailed her directly. She said to me there would be no issue, just cancel through GolfScape. I followed up and forwarded the email to GolfScape and again, told them the club pro said not a problem.

The next day, GolfScape again came back to me and said that Machrihanish Golf Club will not accept cancellation. I once again followed up and Ms. Dunn said that there was no effort made by GolfScape to contact her. She forwarded me a screen shot of her reaching out to GolfScape asking them to cancel the payment and issue a refund to me.

I am currently still waiting as I have an email trail from Ms. Dunn and an email trail from the Golf Scape online agent who can not keep their story straight.

I will leave another review based on the outcome, but at this point, I cannot believe the dishonesty, the deceitfulness and the lack of professionalism shown by the GolfScape team. I will go look for Machrihanish Golf Club on Trustpilot now and give them a 5 star rating, as Ms. Dunn said that although she cannot do a refund, because the booking came from the GolfScape platform, she will do whatever she needs to do, to accommodate myself and my friend.

Scammed, same as everyone else. Made a booking, never was real. Lost over 200.

I booked a few flights at Els course in Desaru, Johor, recently but had to cancel. My credit card charges were not refunded and I tried contacting someone at golf scape. The contact does not work.

Although I had booked and been charged for a tee time at a club in Las Vegas through golfscape.com, the club had no record of my booking, so I paid again at the club and moved the tee time out. Upon advising Golfscape of the occurrence, they assured me the refund would be taken care of covering the additional charge. It was not. Forced to dispute the charge with the original credit card company. Worst experience with an on-line golf organization. Never use them.

We booked a reservation in Scottsdale and needed to move it. Called the course and they had no reservation for us. Have attempted contact to golfscape for assistance with no response. They charged our card and now we can’t seem to contact anyone… very disappointed

Excellent customer service from the concierge service. I missed a booking and they kindly rearranged with zero fuss. Highly recommended 👌

Tried booking a Game, they deducted the money from my account and then the website displayed an error that the booking wasn't available anymore. Couldn't get money back, even after contacting the concierge desk there was no reply. I will never use this site again.

We went to Hawaii last week, and played 3 incredible courses over our stay. We had to move one of our tee times and golfscape was quick to confirm the changes and everything went smoothly.

Sara and the team at golfscape made the golf outing I set up for my client a success. We played the TPC Scottsdale Stadium course, and had a great time.

Golfscape is the first site that comes up for the Pagosa Springs Golf Club on the web. They aren't even affiliated with the PSGC. The Golfscape website says it is an instant booking. When I called the Pagosa Springs Golf Club they said they had no affiliation with Golfscape. Golfscape made me lose out on golfing with my buddies.

We just returned from our golf trip/bachelor party to Cabo. The courses were great, and the booking process was really easy. I did my research before booking, and golfscape had plenty of great reviews on their website. They provide a great service, ensure your tee time is properly booked, and i’ll be sure to use them again on the next one.
