Easy Booking, Great Service!

I had a fantastic experience playing at the Punta Espada golf course using Golfscape's booking system! The website was really easy to use for reserving my tee time. The golf course itself was absolutely stunning – the greens were perfectly maintained, and the views were breathtaking! The Golfscape team was incredibly helpful and quick to assist me with any questions I had. I highly recommend it.

This is just a SCAM

Booked a tee time in Mexico and the course did not receive anything from them. I am now fighting with them to get my money back. Thank heavens I used AMX for this booking.
Do NOT use these guys as by many of the reviews they are just a SCAM

We are on Mexico trip now and have been…

We are on Mexico trip now and have been emailing Golfscape for a week for rescheduling and canceling but, their email response is not clear enough and they never picked up my calls and they never returned my call.

We booked tee times for Palmilla Golf Club and Cabo real golf club through their website. We got Covid 19 in Mexico and reached out a head of time to cancel our bookings with them.

Golfscape said they will cancel all the bookings and refund the full payment. However, when I called each golf courses, they both said they haven't gotten any messages from Golfscape and our tee times were still on.

We told them we cannot make it for tee time and they said we are not allowed to play anyway with Covid-19 and I agree with it.

Each golf courses said they don't have access to anything, so reach out to Golfscape for full refunds.

However, Golfscape is not responding clearly!!! Let us get refund!

I made a booking at leven golf course and when I arrived they knew nothing about the booking. On contact with golf scape there was nothing and now I’m down £200 . Do not use this company be warned bryden

I booked a tee time and cancelled within the cancellation period

I booked a tee time, unfortunately I had to cancel and gave adequate time within the cancellation period, it has been 72 hours no email to confirm that my cancellation was completed. I have tried all forms of communication with no response- awful customer service and 500 quid down - I would not recommend this form of booking going forward

Deceptive practices

Reservation system will allow u to make tee times that are outside the course’s hours of operation. Total scam requiring payment upfront too.

Overcharged!!

Booked a tee time thru golfscape in dubai. Was very easy and they sorted my tee and golf club hire. Shortly later the golf club emailed myself and golfscape to say I had been overcharged for my golf clubs by double. I have since emailed golfscapes and did get a response saying I would get refunded the difference but this hasn't happened and any other correspondence has been ignored. Its a shame really as the booking was very easy however I am not really into getting ripped off. Especially as it was the golfclub that highlighted the overcharge otherwise I would not have been the wiser.

Booked and paid £70 to play at…

Booked and paid £70 to play at MacDonald Spey Valley Championship Course in Aviemore. When we went to check in for our tee time, no booking had been made and we were unable to play. We are now £70 out of pocket and golfscape have not responded to numerous emails, messages and telephone calls. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, book direct with the course. Company have responded to this post saying they have reached out to me and offered a full refund, this is NOT TRUE I have had NO contact from them and no offer of the money being refunded

Great concierge service

My golf experience was cancelled as the golf-course had to close due to Covid on short notice. I then triggered the online refund, but only 50 % were paid-back due to the notice period.
The good experience was then writing to the concierge service who transferred the remaining 50 % within 2 days back to my credit card.

Had a great experience with…

Had a great experience with golfscape..easy to use and saved us a lot of time, we got an instant confirmation. There was no waiting around as soon as we got to the golf course. Everything ran smoothly and started our tee time immediately. I highly recommend their system. Will only be using them from now on wherever possible!

My husband wanted to book a T time with…

My husband wanted to book a T time with a small club in Tickenham near Bristol. He was told to book it on line. He unfortunately clicked on Golfscape and booked it with them. They sent him confirmation of his £24 payment. When my husband got toTickenham Golf club with our grandson, they had never heard of Golfscape and there was no T time booked. After two emails, a letter and several phone calls no refund has appeared .Another golf courses in the area which is shown on the Golfscape confirmation sheet have never heard of them either. Do not book through this company> I would give them 0 stars but can't get in to write this review.

Golfscape booking golf in Spain

It took 2 hours to get a new booking confirmation waiting and loosing our tee time.
Valderrama told us it has happend once before in March.
