Golf Sim Rooms Reviews

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A First-Class Experience from Start to Finish!

I recently had the pleasure of working with GSR (Golf Sim Rooms) and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very first conversation to the final setup, the communication with the entire team was seamless — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.

What truly blew me away was the unbelievable workmanship. The attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and the overall finish of the golf simulator exceeded every expectation I had. It’s clear that the team behind GSR takes serious pride in what they do, and it shows.

I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Whether you’re a serious golfer or just looking to bring something special to your home or business, I can’t recommend Golf Sim Rooms enough. Absolutely five stars — thank you to the entire team!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Matt at GSR also went out of his way to help with construction problems that were nothing to do with GSR. Would highly recommend.

We recently had a a simulator room fitted by Golf Sim Rooms and we are over-the-moon with it! Every member who has come into the room is blown away with the quality of our new room.

The team were incredibly professional from start to finish, I can't recommend this team strongly enough.

great communication - detailed scheduling and pre-delivery. Great tradesmen building the sim and super fast - amazing how quickly this goes up. The finished product looks great although due to hot weather when built, there are some areas of paint that need attending to. Team cleaned up each day behind them and kept impact on home/garden to a minimum. We are still learning everything about the Golf Sim itself - also really think through what you want where and get advice on internals so you dont make mistakes when locating sockets/aircon/monitors etc. would totally recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the sales' team working with me to create the ideal solution, to the operations' team who fitted the room and equipment, everything was above par (in the good way!).

Very easy to deal with this company as they respond immediately, and the product is of the highest quality. They made the full process from design through installation a simple and enjoyable experience. Thanks to the entire team, in particular Chris, Matt, Ben and Shaun.

And they really care about the customer being happy with the final product.

Great Experience

Had the GSR team out to do a full sim install. This was done in an existing outbuilding so just the outfitting done. Really knowledgeable team who firstly identified all the possible options (launch monitors, equipment, outfitting ideas etc), before working closely with us to get the system installed at earliest available date. The install itself was done in just two days and carried out to a great standard. Very pleased with the end result and now busy trying to improve my golf game

Absolutely outrageously good, in fact way better than that!! From the initial call, thru to delivery & install dates and completion the GSR Team are fantastic. We had a garden cabin built, and a full fit out which looks insanely good. The entire process is seamless, and the guys make it very easy.

Shout out to Matt & Ben who answered every call (& daft question I had) within minutes regardless of time or day. The fit out teams (cabin & sim) where exceptional too, first class workmanship, knowledge and expertise. And of course Chris - 100% Legend!

If you are considering a golf sim you should not look any further than GSR. These guys are the absolute best!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with an outstanding result! High expectations that were more than satisfied. Super professional with expert knowledge right through the company. Courteous hard working talented fitters, superb IT knowledge and support, dedicated customer service and communication from the office. They promised a dream golf sim room and they delivered!

Everything from my first contact with Ben to the final installation was first class, the installation guys were top notch nothing was to much trouble for them three different gangs firstly the build then the painters and finally the kit out all a credit to Golf Sim rooms and Aimee was there on hand for every query and answered them straight away , four weeks later I am over the moon with everything and Ben doing what he does checking in to make sure everything is as it should be going the extra mile , I would thoroughly recommend going to GSR if you want a golf simulator

GSR installed a SIM in an existing building that required a great deal of planning and ingenuity to create. The outcome was exceptional. The team were all eager to make everything perfect and we’re all great guys to deal with. GSR are undoubtedly the premier company in this specialist market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Seamless service from start to finish - the support and feedback was fantastic and the on site team worked tirelessly to finish the job on time. A***

You can see why those who only want the best use Golf Sim Rooms. Every single person we encountered within the team from the first telephone enquiry through to completion and handover was incredibly hard working, professional and dedicated. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, response times are the fastest I have ever experienced from any company (regardless of time of day or day of the week!), attention to detail and ensuring that everything is ‘just so’. Superb. Would highly recommend GSR to anyone without hesitation.

These guys have created a wonderful golf sim room in my garden annexe. It is extremely luxurious and professional looking. I plan to spend many happy hours in there working on my game and using it as a cinema room. They were friendly, responsive and clearly are experts in their field. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a sim build in combination with “log cabins for sale uk”. Excellent turnkey service with everything setup ready to go straight after completion. Really happy with the outcome and customer service! Recommend 100%

Very professional service. Steph in the office and Chris and his team on site were excellent from day one. Lots of stupid questions from me were answered well and quickly throughout the process (and some afterwards!). Nothing was too much trouble and I had full confidence in my purchase from GSR. They know what they are doing. I am very pleased indeed with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish 💥
Delivered everything to Marbella Spain, a pleasure throughout the installation and an absolutely incredible end result 👏👏👏
My remit was that I wanted the best they have ever done and wow! They delivered 💥💥💥

Really pleased with the cabin, golf sim and the team who supported the whole process. First class service, thank you!

Golf Sim rooms were absolutely excellent and the whole process really was great, no issues at all. But rather, very easy process throughout. Chris was fantastic organising the project from start to finish and his communication and knowledge was great. He was always there to help from start to finish. Really excellent in ensuring I was happy throughout. Steph was great too organising all the logistics and orders and making sure the build was not slowed down at all, but rather both Chris and Steph made sure the project continued to work efficiently

Ben and Shaun and their internal fit out team were brilliant. They came each day early and worked so well and are excellent in what they do. Such nice guys and brilliant at their job. The electrics and tech set up is really important for a sim cabin and Ben was an expert in ensuring the electronics and electrics were all set up well. The wiring and cabin build was done very meticulously.

GSR I would highly recommend, a fantastic set company with great workers and experts in what they do.

Chris is seeing me soon to ensure the cabin is all good and I look forward to seeing him again shortly

Great company would highly recommend.
Could not be happier with the final product 👌

GSR exceeded all my expectations when creating my sim. From back office to build the service has been second to none. They prioritise quality and attention to detail over speed. They do not cut corners. Nothing seemed to phase them and there was a always a solution. The post care has been excellent. Like all things tech, it takes a get of getting used to and you are never made to feel that you are pestering them for advice. I can not recommend them highly enough.
