Ho un ordine fermo da due mesi, mi viene detto ogni 2 giorni che verrà spedito ma cosi non succede, lamentano e rimandano per ritardi ma non so cosa stiano facendo.

Esperienza assolutamente negativa con Gommaflex.
Ho oltre 1.000 € di ordini ancora in sospeso da circa 3 mesi. Nel corso di questo periodo mi è stato più volte detto che la merce sarebbe stata spedita, ma puntualmente non arriva nulla. Il problema è aggravato dal fatto che spesso non rispondono né alle e-mail né alle telefonate, lasciando il cliente senza informazioni concrete.
Come se non bastasse, da 6 mesi sto aspettando il rimborso relativo a un ordine di merce difettosa/scaduta, che mi è stata rifiutata e per la quale avevo richiesto la restituzione dell'importo.
Trovo inaccettabile il modo in cui viene gestita la situazione: promesse di spedizione, continui rinvii, scarsa comunicazione e un rimborso ancora non risolto dopo mesi.
Serietà e assistenza clienti completamente insufficienti. Dopo mesi di attesa e solleciti, la fiducia è ormai pari a zero.
Invito chiunque stia pensando di acquistare da questa azienda a valutare attentamente la situazione prima di effettuare un ordine.
