I was looking to upgrade my very old (6 years) mobile and was fairly clueless about what to do beyond wanting to spend less per month and get unlimited texts and messages. Whilst a very infrequent customer of GoMobile in Totnes, I was blown away by the level of service from Peter Brown in particular who even remembered me from a home visit he made at least six years ago, enough too get the ball rolling on a deal which allowed me to leave with exactly the right kit and at the right price as well. Many congratulations!!

I think the member of staff on duty at Go Mobile in Alfreton was called Cameron. He was invariably polite and helpful. He explained exactly what my options to replace my phone were, what it would cost and how it would be arranged. He completed the paperwork accurately and asked me to check it. When he came to transferring my data from my old phone to my new one he had to try several methods because too much data was stored on my old phone. He handled it patiently and carefully and nothing was lost in the process.
I can highly commend him.

Because of circumstances, I had at the age of 73 to purchase a Mobile Phone,I went to Go Mobile in Bude Cornwall, where they went out of their way to set me up with a mobile that would suit my needs, and after a month got me back to sort out a contract, and Showed me how to understand the facilities of the phone, At all times they showed Patience and consideration for me, and I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family,

I was really pleased with the service and attention I received in the Brixham shop and was most impressed that the assistant remembered me from my previous visit two years earlier. He understood my slightly out of the ordinary circumstances and found me a very good deal which suited my needs perfectly. He explained everything very well and was able to answer all my questions with a polite, friendly and very professional manner.

I was very impressed with the quality of service at the go mobile shop. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I was set up with new phone and contract in no time. Couldn't have been happier.

Ty was such a great help and he found the right phone for me at an excellent price. He was very kind. I definitely will go back there again. Thank you ty 😁

Have used Go Mobile Retford for a few years, the staff in there are always help and informative. I would like to give a special mention to the manager, Mo, who always goes the extra mile to help you.

I updated my phone this week at Frome Gomobile.I was impressed by the helpfulness of all the staff.They went out of their way to explain things to me and downloaded software to work with my fitbit.Something I would have had no idea how to do.I am pleased with my new phone.

I get my phone's from Go Mobile because the staff are friendly and helpful to the older less tech-savvy user and I know I will get an honest recommendation for the phone that is right for me and not be persuaded to spend unnecessary money. They are also helpful with advising on any problems after you have bought the phone. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Great staff , very informative and helpful

I was having a stressful time with my phone and Grant from Go Mobile in Dawlish sorted me out. He was calm and knowledgeable and very polite to this pensioner.
I would recommend anyone in the area who has a problem with their mobile phone to go and see Grant.
