Absolutely horrible time
Absolutely horrible time. I landed in JFK and tried to swap over to the eSim and it made my phone crash. That resulted in me not being able to even unlock my normal Sim, which lead to me being alone for the first time in NYC with no phone at all and still needed to wait 6 hrs for a layover. I had to borrow some poor man's phone so I could call my mom back in Ireland. And of course my mom couldn't call customer service because it was closed. The only way I was able to keep in contact with her or anyone for that matter was on my laptop that hardly connected to the internet. So I do not recommend this service at all.

On some places outside the main cities, the speed is really slow and in subways station too, but other companys have beter coverage. You need to fix that.
