Like a previous reviewer, I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing, and I, too, was taken in by the “uk” website. XL dog bed would barely fit a chihuahua. Paid over £30 for something that’s worth 7 or 8 quid. Total rip off.

Ordered 2 large dog beds, when they arrived big enough for a puppy, paid over £40
and they have offered 7, 9, then £11, everyone needs to report to trading standards

Wish i had checked the reviews before purchasing! Absolute rip off, ordered a large dog cave for my dachshund and received and xsmall one 😂😂😂 I only ordered from their website because it had UK on it. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE! Cheap rubbish

This company is fraudulent & scammers. Ordered a pilates exercise set, they took my money & the product never arrived! The tracking links they gave me were laughable & didn't work. When I asked for a refund for unreceived good they refused! So basically they stole my money. Do not buy from these scammers....site's like this should be shut down.

Waited ages for a LARGE DOG CAVE BED,the item sent to me was super small checked order and it says LARGE.Returns to China not Free and too Exspensive.

Not really even a one star. This company is not in the uk they are in China. The dresses I ordered and received are extremely bad quality. They have just copied the design from a reputable company. I want to return them as not satisfied at all and they will not pay for the return. Be careful I think this company is a scam company! I wouldn’t buy anything from them as you will be wasting your money!

Ordered a large dog cave bed for my minature dachshund as I thought this was a UK based company. Only when I thought something was wrong I seen these reviews. I eventually received the bed for it so be very small and thin material and just cheaply made. Trying to get my full refund but offered me £2, £4 and now they've told me I have to pay for the shipping costs but if too much then they can offer me compensation and keep the item. Bearing in mind the address on this website is UK but their return address is 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen 518100.
I'm not giving up though. Not happy and charged me more than stated on the site.

Ordered a dog bed size medium for my miniature jack Russel. , way too small. Even the cat can't fit. Tried to exchange and they won't exchange. Tried 3 times to bribe me not to leave a review. 1st time £2, 2nd £4, 3rd £5.
These beds are very cheap and nasty chises rubbish and are so small , please do not get ripped off like I did.

I ordered two dog beds. Put the sale through and then my account was debited more than the amount shown at checkout.

Ordered two cave style dog beds, same size just two different colours. Received order after two weeks. One bed is perfect and as I expected. The second bed is obviously a different make, much smaller so not suitable for either of my dogs!! The stitching is also terrible and incomplete with gaps so doubt it would survive a wash!! Have emailed them but as I now know, they are not a UK company so not hopeful of getting any useful response or replacement. If I’m proved wrong I will update this review.

Zero is the rating… mom got scammed by this company.. people scroll to the bottom of these company pages.. if you see 2024, stay clear .the scammers have just set up this company, ripping off the pictures from the original designers

Not able to give zero stars unfortunately! 25 quid wasted.This is basically a scam. Overcharged and then said it was a system error. Really shoddy goods eventually received, very misleading adverts, incorrect sizing, virtually impossible to return unless you pay a fortune. Avoid, avoid and oh did I say AVOID!

I'm normally pretty good at spotting online scams but this one slipped through.
Like every one else here, I ordered then received frankly laughable tracking information that bore no resemblance to reality. The goods took weeks to arrive. When they did, the sizing was tiny, bearing not even a remote relationship to the advertised sizing. And the quality - I could have ripped up a bedsheet and created something better stitched.
They won't care about this review. They have their money. So, if you're reading this before ordering - DON'T!

I made a wrong order and asked for refund so I could place the right order..
I mailed customer care...and they have not got back to me...no phone to reach them...
I am totally devastated I fell for this scam of a company

Bought an "indestructible" chew toy for my dog. Slogan " if they rip it, we replace it.". The toy lasted one day. I asked for a refund as daily replacement seemed unlikely :-)
They offered me GBP2 when I paid GBP15
Scammers.

I wish I had seen all these negative reviews prior to making my order.
I can only echo the content, paid £19.99 for a garment, got hit with £6 vat and £8 shipping on top.
It arrived after 2 weeks and was cheap junk, nothing like the quality shown in the advertised images.
I initiated a return only to be stonewalled by customer services. The first two email addresses came back as undeliverable and finally I got a reply to online support at 3rd attempt. They offered me £6 refund to keep item, which I refused. They provided a return address in China which was £11 postage to return to.
I reported the transaction to PayPal, because the shipping label on parcel was UK Royal Mail 48 tracked, with a return address in the UK. The online tracking for the parcel had it coming from USA, with various updates which were obviously fake, as I had received the parcel a week earlier, but tracking showed it departing USA at same time. PayPal informed me return the item for full refund and compensated me for return postage after reviewing my case. Avoid this good-times.uk site.

Writing this on behalf of a friend and pensioner. If I could give -10 rating I would!! Avoid at all costs, a total SCAM company. Unable to return items as based in China. The item was of very very inferior quality material, appalling fit. BEWARE DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. Should not be able to sell in UK.

THIS SHOP IS NOT IN UK. It is a scam. They are in China and ship through USA. They take more money than your order from your bank. Their goods are incorrectly sized and poor manufacturing. They refuse to allow you to return any goods. They will not give you a return address (even when asking several times). They ask you to just accept the goods or give them away as gifts! They shouldn’t be allowed to be so unprofessional. They shouldn’t be allowed to false advertise, especially on social media platforms. They also advertise under multiple company names (I have seen ~12 different so far). My social media is now being bombarded by these same advertisements. I’m taking it to Trading Standards and will also discuss with my Chinese contact.

Unfortunately not able to award minus 5 starts-5 shocking scammers. Bank (Lloyds) not much help either so wil refer this issue further up the consumer rights tree! So so angry right now. Unable to send emails and no phone num or address

As others have said I ordered 2 dresses for £29.98, when they arrived they were not as the advert showed and didn't fit correctly. I was offered £3 compensation and it was suggested I offer the dresses to someone else. I told them I was entitled to a return and full refund and the compensation went up to £5 telling me I would have to post them to their China warehouse and that would be expensive for me and they hoped I had a happy life!! After several more emails I accepted the £5 and will alter the dresses to fit. However, I have just received my credit card statement to see that they originally took £35.98 for the dresses. The saga continues, as I have now emailed to request a refund of the additional £6 overcharge that they have taken.
