Wouldn't award one star if there was an option. Items ordered were far too small and do not conform to UK sizes. I have asked for a return address several times to enable me to return the items, but they will not let me have one and keep offering me a few pounds by way of compensation. Avoid at all costs. I wish I'd thought to check reviews before I placed my order.

Disgraceful. Ordered 2 dresses, when they finally arrived they are of terrible cheap quality and cost me nearly £40. They are saying they will not accept return because the items are the same as I ordered. Currently being offered £3 compensation.... the battle continues....

Ordered two dresses from this company. They do not fit. Asked for return address for a full refund. Told to give them as a gift as somebody would like them. Absolute scammers. Avoid avoid avoid

Appalling! Do not buy from them. Item advertised within Facebook said UK website, so against our Trades Description! item took 54 days to arrive, despatched from the US but had Chinese label underneath. Sizing was a joke. Communication was seriously bad…suggesting I give the item to a friend 🙄

Beware! I purchased a mini vacuum and it has very little suction, complained and was told cannot return as not faulty- offered £2 compensation. When I ordered they added extra £5 to the order, had to complain -refunded stating computer error! Don’t buy if you don’t want cheap useless product! I now have a mini vacuum that is a waste of money!

Ordered a swimsuit, it took 8 weeks to arrive (from China), was poor quality and not as expected.
Anonymous Customer service agent.
I asked for the return address and he/she never provided it despite repeated requests.
They offered me £3 'compensation' (order cost me over £40) and suggested I give my order away as a gift as someone else 'will love it!'.
Pure frustration - a complete waste of time and money. Please do not support this type of business.

I ordered a 2 in 1 hand held mini vacuum cleaner. The cleaner came from Montgomery, 36191, United States, despite the indication that the company was in the UK according to their email address.
I bought it when I saw the advert on Facebook where the suction was claimed to be very good, but it is so poor it will not even pick up crumbs of bread from a carpet, even when fully charged.

Absolutely appalling. Items arrived. Nothing like advertised. No returns form but a returns address on the package it was in. Returned to the address on the package which is very misleading. Was told this address was the distributors and not the company so no refund can be issued. CON ARTISTS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Cost me £5 to return and the purchase was £25 so I lost £30 in total and they didn’t give a hoot.!

I belived this to be a UK company with a good returns policy. The clothes took weeks to arrive and when they did they were not the size they should have been and the quality of the material is very poor. They make it impossible to return because you have to return the items to china. They offered me about 15% of my order price to keep the clothes.

My experience is identical to other reviewers'. I ordered a dress, it came from America. The quality is appalling, the fit is wrong and the fabric is not as described. After many emails, they are asking me to keep the dress as they claim it will be too expensive to send back to China and offer £4 compensation. This "company" is in breach of UK law and needs to be reported

Ordered 3 dresses via Facebook ad. Took couple weeks to arrive from the US. Dresses were made of different material to what they had looked in the ad. Also didn't fit me correctly. I spent almost £50 and the current 'compensation' offer is £7. I am holding out as long as I can as I don't feel that a fair reimbursement. They eventually refunded me £18. Their returns policy gives the impression they are more than happy to receive returns and refund the money. Therefore I believe them to be in breach of their returns policy. Like another reviewer I was told the returns address is in China and that would mean high postage costs for me to return to them. From previous experience returning an item to china (not with this company I hasten to add) the returned goods 'never arrived'.

Ordered 3 pairs of trousers, delivery came from America, a surprise since the UK in the name is designed to make you think they're based in the UK. Eventually they arrived. They are 3 sizes smaller than the British size label sewn into the product. Upon complaining, I was told they were correct as ordered, and I would have to return them to China and it would be expensive, so I should keep the items and use them.
I responded they were 3 sizes smaller than the standard British measurement for that size, so I was told to keep them and sell them and was offered a £4 refund on a close to £40 order.
Further complaints brought a £6 refund offer on that £40 order offer, and again told to sell the items.
These people are complete scam artists, selling cheap Chinese clothes as if they are a British based company and then refusing to deal properly with complaints.
Avoid like the plague

Avoid these people are scammers I ordered something absolutely no confirmation order or tracking sent through very odd please avoid

Ordered some bits for my holiday and five weeks later I am going on holiday and my order has not arrived. Do not use these people!
