Put order in Jan 10 and now April 21. Wrote 3 emails no response and phone is just an automated message.
Just suicide to pay any money to this company.

Placed a $500 order in January. No follow up, no response to my 2 emails I have sent. I'm assuming at this point that I've been ripped off. I would NOT recommend this company.

Placed an order 4 months ago which they charged me for. No updates, won't respond to emails enquires and can't find a phone number to call. Very disappointed. Still hoping they will ship it but I'm not holding my breath. As it stands I cannot in good conscience recommend ordering anything from them.

Really hit and miss :( I live in kelowna where they are (were?) I've ordered a few times in the past and had a great experience, and they're local, so I'd just go pick up, but the last order Nov 2023 has been a gong show. I was able to finally pick up one of the two items from the warehouse, some time in January 2024, but then the backordered item...no replies to emails...went to the warehouse in March to check on it...HUGE warehouse...EMPTY. They still have a website and appear to be taking orders, but I'm not holding my breath.

Scam! Took payment for goods not delivered. No communication. No responses back in emails. DO NOT give them your money! Zero stars!!

Ordered a pair of boots back in Jan 2024. I was charged for the boots and have not yet received them. I have emailed them several times with no response and have tried calling them numerous times with only a recordered message answering the phone. Disgusting!!

I have been making payments towards a freeze dryer for the last year, totalling nearly $3000. They’ve since disappeared and won’t answer emails or calls. I have no hope of getting my money back or even my product if I’d finished payments.

Do NOT order from them. The police have been notified of their theft but yet they are still accepting orders. People disgust me. They used to be excellent but now they take your money and send you nothing and don't respond to emails/calls. SCAMMERS and lowlifes.

Placed my order with Good2GoCo in Nov 2023.
Never did receive the order. Tried contacting by phone and there is only a recorded message.
Tried contacting by email every week for months and never a response. Also tried contacting through their website, which is still up and operational as of April 9, 2024, and no response.
I'm very disappointed and discouraged with the lack of ethical standards in this company.

$700 order down the toilet I guess. No product, only one email reply. If they're bankrupt they should just file and then we can all recoup some $$ from their dissolution.

Never received my product after 2 months and 1 month of emailing/calling without a response. Their phone line doesn't go to a person, just says they are busy and then hangs up. Had to start a CC dispute to get my money back. Don't purchase anything from this site.

I'm sorry to have to write this negative review. I ordered a birthday gift from good2goco for my daughter-in-law in November 2023. I emailed the company in December and was told by Jacquie that it would be in stock in January. She also offered a refund if that timing was not suitable. I now regret not taking her up on the offer. I've since sent 2 more emails (and tried phoning), but have only received auto-replies saying that they are short-staffed and would respond within 3-7 days. They haven't replied and I'm now wondering if they ever will. I want to give my DIL a (very belated) gift, so my last email subject line was "Refund requested" - in hopes of getting a prompt reply, but I haven't heard from them. I do not suggest ordering anything from this company! UPDATE: A police fraud file has been opened with the Kelowna RCMP, file #KL24-22620.

Same story as everyone else. Made a big order 3 months ago, never received it, no communications answered, and no refund issued. They still update their site with sales and new items. Its a full on scam. Avoid them like plutonium.

I agree with all the other reviews as I have the same experience as they did. I placed my order in early February and weeks later still haven't received my order and, as the other reviewers have pointed out, they say they only reply by email but that is untrue. They hide behind email communications because they never answer a single inquiry. I suspect they are in some kind of financial trouble and are taking out money without any intention of delivering on their promise.

I'd heard good things about this company and service, so neglected to check on updated information before making a $240 purchase in Nov 2023. I emailed several times in Dec and just got an auto-reply. Phone calls unanswered.

This company is out-right stealing from men & women. They continued to process payments knowing they weren't shipping out orders....THIS is why Canada is falling apart. People with no integrity at all.

This company, Good2Go, is pathetic.

I ordered a crock as a Christmas present for my daughter for $250 in October 2023. I had bought one for myself previously and after 5 months received it. In December, I emailed the company and got a response from Ashleigh, saying she would check on my order and email me back. Since then I have emailed 3 times and only got the automatic response back. I don't hold out any hope on getting it after reading all the complaints

I placed a $2700.00 order 6 months ago. This was my third time purchasing and I had previously had good results with this company. They put the purchase on my credit card and the product never came. After a couple weeks I enquired and they said they product was back ordered. Fast forward to now they are ignoring me. I called the manufacturer of the product and they said the items ordered have never been back ordered and they confirmed Good to go co has gone bankrupt.
