Horrible company

Horrible company! Ordered 2 months ago and still no product. Just keep getting the automated message from Jacquie after each email and phoning is useless as well. Stole $600 of my money!

Place a $679 order october 10 2023 , keep getting same email about stock.
This company is a scam and do not trust them. Online ordering has become a nightmare and scammers like this taking peoples hard earned money need to be put in jail

Sure feels like a scam

Placed an order Dec 18, no product, no return emails and they don't answer the phone. I'm guessing no refund either Edit: I finally got a refund! I will never shop here again!

terrible way to make business

2 months since ordering and I still got nothing.

Order confirmation said processing time is 3-5 days. I emailed 2 weeks later asking if my order is still being processed. They answered my order was in que, the items were unexpectedly sold out when they appeared in stock at the time of my purchase. But the good news is, the order is expected to arrive shortly. One month after placing the order I asked about it again. This time they did not expect to still be waiting on the re-stocking and re-set their expectation for another month. But if I don't mind the short wait to come (1 month!), they were excited about the arrival of this order...

It is 2 months now since placing the order, I checked the US brand website they were selling, my items are in stock there. I placed a credit card dispute today. I don't want to wait anymore.

All communication was initiated by me, and my last email wasn't answered.

Hope you dont want it any time soon

Run don't walk to a different distributor. They take your money for inventory they don't have and make you wait months and months and months with no product or communication. Have some professional integrity.

GOOD2GOCO is a Horrible organization

Horrible organization. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

These people should not be in business. Jacquie the COO is a miserable liar. Tried to buy a sentimental gift for my brother for Christmas, in the form of a hand forged AXE. Said it was in stock. Three weeks on, no AXE. refund on the way. miserable email correspondence with the COO, who has the EQ of a wart.

This company puts small businesses to shame. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order and received an order confirmation. Followed up 2 emails later by asking about shipping or when its being shipped and the saying just refund the money. No reply to either of the emails. I called the 800 number. Nobody answers or responds to the voicemails.
I'll just file a claim with my bank. Credit card fraud department.

Do not order form this website.

Terrible Company. Never use. Buyer beware.

Ordered a product, garmin sport pro handheld, that was listed as in stock on October 23, 2023. Didn’t receive any updates so I contacted them on October 31st for an update and was told mid to late November. It’s now December 19th, they won’t respond to emails, calls are automatically forwarded to a message and disconnects, and they’ve charged my credit card. I would never recommend using this company and would love to get a refund on a product I’ve never received.

No customer support. Phones turned off

Made an order for a trip in November 21st 2023 and still have not received it. ( now Dec 18th) They keep saying "it will be in next week" and then radio silence when I contact them for an update and/pr tracking info. Hire more staff if you are so overhwelmed.

Where to start

Where to start? I'll go with a short story but let me tell you that it is almost 4 months old. Wanted to buy a freeze drier and chose G2G because they seem/look very serious co. But was I wrong, order the 8000$+ one and they took the money right away with indications to have it in 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks no updates so try and try and try again to communicate and no answers. On the end of September, got an email back to advise that the original manufacture company is kind of out of stock and not capable to fulfill orders. So was asked to patiently wait until early November. After trying to have followups on my order, I lost patience and called the US manufacture and surprise!!!! it is not true, they can have my order sent in a week and they have never been out saled!!! So I have confronted G2G (by email) and surprise!!! they are promissing that I can have it 2 weeks after.... But no thank you, I will do my homework next time, I will search for company review first before trusting a company that I don't know. You want your money back....nope not a chance!!!! So I went for charge back with credit company and voila! Hope this will warn and help you to guide your choice. Sorry G2G!

Another dissatisfied customer

I agree totally with all the disappointed customers whose money has disappeared, who can reach nobody and have waited months, which is exactly my experience. I also agree with the customer who would have liked to rate the company with a "0". This purchase was a major investment for us, and the produce we needed to process is rotting. I also note the irritation of now receiving constant emails asking me to buy other products from this company -- if it is a company.

After not receiving my order for…

After not receiving my order for months, they continued to say their shipments had been delayed and then stopped responding to emails and never ever pick up the phone. I never did get my products and lost hundreds of dollars. Company appears to be fraudulent

WARNING

WARNING! If you are buying Harvest Right in Canada, do not buy from Good2goco. 10 months ago in January after paying for a Freeze dryer at $5700. Ca. With lots of excuses and still don't have it. When purchased was told would get in about 8 weeks. Got an email in April and told 3-4 weeks. Mid May was asked if we would like the newer model but would have to wait until July. I accept. In July was told they are arranging shipping schedule. In August was told Harvest Right was missing and waiting for some components in order for them to ship to Good2goco. So now it would be September. I called Harvest Right and asked what the deal was with these components and expressed my concern about their company that they could not get parts. They had no idea what I was talking about and said they did not have any issues with components holding them up. I contacted Good2goco and told them I would be asking for a refund if I did not get my machine by Sept. and let them know I did speak with Harvest Right about the supposed component issue. Suddenly I was getting my Freeze dryer within a couple of weeks.Was notfied it shipped from Good2goco on the September 26th. Was suppose to get today. OCT 2 Now dealing with a slack delivery service they are using. Tracking said would get it today Oct 2 2023, so I took time off work. Not getting it today and no update. Good2goco is exactly 10 hour drive from my door. Shipping company is 19 minutes from my door.
Do Yourself a favor and BUY DIRECT FROM HARVEST RIGHT!

communication issues

ordered a 5 tray freeze dryer and several other items June 15th 2023. was a $7500 order. was told 4-6 weeks. after 7 weeks I tried to contact them via phone and email with only one response via email that order was submitted. I continued to try and reach out with no luck so I called Harvest right , the maker of the dryer and wouldn't you know it I was contacted 2 hrs. later from Good2go. they apologized for the lack of communication and at no extra charge upgraded from a five tray to a 6 tray dryer as well as extra Mylar bags and some other item that added up to a lot of money. so I am disappointed with the lack of communication but I just received my full order plus all the extras sept 13/2023 and was surprised at the extras that they through in. so now I got to say thank you for that , it certainly made up for the delay and the lack of communication. I believe there trying hard to rectify the issues and hope they can be successful going forward. thanks again for the upgrade and extras and will order again from Good2go. hopefully goes a bit better on the next one.
