Within 2 days of agreeing the price, my car was collected from my home and by 5 p.m. on the same day the sale price was in my account. Very easy to sell my Nissan Micra. Best price offered of all the online sales sites, with a fair amount of reduction for wheel rims when the car was inspected. Still received above the highest price offered by other sites.

**edit** I was dealing with Owen in the first instance, and he was off today so git soenone called Scott, who didn't seem to know what he was doing, inwas at one point sat at a desk, myself for about 25 mins while he told other calls....the website said quote guaranteed for 5 days, then was £900 below that quote....its not right!!

Received an online valuation for my Mercedes of £12935, and they have just said that they use a different valuation tool, in store, somehow and the car has come out at £12000. And they cannot explain why online price is different. Absolutely shocking service, I have driven over 100 miles to get here, to the Aberdeen branch, I expected around £100 off due to a slight bumper scrape. I came down 4 weeks ago when they quoted me £13,277...but had to clear off an outstanding recall, which I did....price went down, and now further down......its an absolute joke.

RECOMMEND : Excellent offer, more than £1,000 higher than WBAC and best offers from CarWow and Motorway (apppallingly low offers). Process at Dundee branch very smooth, fast and simple thanks to John Evans (visiting that day from Glasgow). We agreed 3 alloys were damaged, £150 was knocked off - perfectly reasonable. That was Tuesday 1:30, cash in my bank by 7:30pm the next day. No hidden fees, no admin fees, I’d deff use this company again.
